    • PURPOSE:To prevent the damage of the valve disc of a control valve due to ingress of a foreign matter by providing a bypass tube branched from the upstream tube of the valve, and providing a bypass valve for exhausting the matter fed to the control valve by opening the bypass valve before the control valve is opened by a command from a controller. CONSTITUTION:A tube system for discharging water in a drum to a blow tank 8 when a drum water level becomes high is provided in the boiler of a generator plant, a control valve 1 is provided at a main tube after a master valve 5, a control valve front valve 2 and a control valve rear valve 3 are provided at the front and the rear of the valve 1. In this case, a bypass tube 4 for coupling the upstream side of the valve 2 of the main tube to the downstream side of the valve 3 is branched, and a bypass automatic valve 6 is provided on the way. The valve 6 is so controlled by the controller 7 opened as to be opened before the valve 1 is opened by an open command to the valve 1 and to close by a close command to the valve 1, thereby avoiding the ingress of the matter to the valve 1.

    • PURPOSE: To facilitate the adjustment of the control of feed water by providing a means to calculate the number of revolutions of a boiler feed pump turbine which enables the correction of a pressure to keep a flow rate constant against changes in the outlet pressure of a boiler feed pump. CONSTITUTION: A signal to a controller for a boiler feed pump turbine from a boiler controller is used as feed water signal (flow rate command signal) and hence, the controller of the boiler feed water pump turbine is provided with a feed water signal-number of revolutions signal converter. A feedback loop to a proportional-plus-integral controller of the boiler controller is provided with a number of revolution signal-feed water signal converter. The feed water signal-number of revolutions signal converter inputs an inlet pressure of a boiler feed water pump in the computation of a conversion process to consider a change in the feed water pressure and the necessary number of revolutions is calculated based on a pump Q-H characteristic. Thus, when the pressure of a boiler changes, the correction of the pressure is accomplished in the controller for the boiler feed water pump turbine hereby keeping the flow rate constant.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant operation diagnosis and support system capable of precisely coping with the occurrence of an abnormality by unifying the monitoring of the information from sensors provided in an operation plant facility. SOLUTION: This system comprises internal monitoring terminals 101A-C provided at least two or more first plant facilities 100A-C and the centralized control terminal 1001 of a centralized control system 1000 capable of communicating therewith through a network 11. The sensor information 12 of the plant facilities is transmitted to the centralized control terminal via the internal monitoring terminals 101A-C of the plant facilities. The sensor information is centralized and controlled in the centralized control terminal 1001 to monitor the operating state of each plant facility, and it is also judged whether the information from the sensors is normal or not. When the information from the sensors is normal, the monitoring is continued as it is. When the information from the sensors is not normal, ranking for alarm according to level and authorization of the alarm level are performed to diagnose the plant operating state and also support the countermeasure therefore.
