    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to use effectively the energy of a high temperature exhaust heat source as a low temperature heat source by a method wherein the steam generating from a steam generating device and water are sealed as heat medium into heat transfer tubes connected to the water supply side of the heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION:When a boiler is started, water is supplied from a water supply line 26 into a steam drum 27 up to a predetermined level. In this case, boiler water is also introduced from a water drum 27' into each of element tubes 5 within an air preheater A through a water filling pipe 32 and a water filling valve 33 by opening a main boiler water filling valve 31. Then a high pressure blower 1' is operated and after purging the interior of a combustion furnace 20, a burner 19 is ignited to thereby elevate the pressure in the furnace 20. Further, when the level of the water in each of the element tubes 5 lowers below a reference level, water is supplied into the tube 5 by opening the water filling valve 33 and when it rises above the reference level, the superfluous water is blown out from a water level adjust valve 11. In addition, with the elevation of the pressure in the steam drum 27, the pressure in each of the element tubes 5 also elevates and when it reaches a predetermined value, a safety valve 10 is operated. Thus, in the above condition, the pressure and the level of the water in each of the element tubes 5 are kept at the predetermined values, respectively, and the pressure in the boiler is increased to thereby increase the load.

    • PURPOSE:To achieve sluggish burning and restrain the producing of NOx by a method wherein a burning part using a low fuel concentration is formed of a fuel injection pipe, a recycling gas pipe and an air nozzle, in a burner which is combined with burning parts for high and low fuel concentration. CONSTITUTION:A gas fuel including a tar component, dust and the like, that is, a dirty gas 11 and a burning air 12 are supplied being regulated in its flow rate to a conch nozzle 13 and a weak nozzle 14. At the weak nozzle 14, the dirty gas 11 is injected into a furnace from the tip of a fuel injection pipe 15, while a low oxygen partial pressure discharging gas is discharged from a recycling gas pipe 16 of outer periphery of said pipe 15, further, a burning air 12 is forced into a furnace from an air passage 17 of outer periphery of said gas pipe 16. As a result, the dirty gas 11 forced into the furnace from said fuel injection pipe 15 is slowed down in its burning because of the delay of contacting with said burning air 12 due to a discharged gas, accordingly, the producing of NOx is restrained.

    • PURPOSE: To contrive to recover heat over a wide range (to recover heat down to cryogenic range) by a structure wherein a non-leak steel type air preheater is installed against the high temperature portion, in which corrosion occur comparatively slightly, and a non-leak ceramic type air preheater is installed against the low temperature portion where corrosion occurs heavily, of exhaust gas.
      CONSTITUTION: A non-leak steel plate type heat exchanger is employed as a preheater 3 of high temperature air, in which corrosion is comparatively out of question, and a non-leak ceramic type heat exchanger is employed as a preheater 6 of low temperature air, which has a temperature lower than the acid dew point of exhaust gas and consequently is of extremely corrosive atmosphere. Said two kinds of heat exchangers are combined so as to be installed in the order of the high temperature air preheater 3, a dry type electric dust collector 4, an induced draft fan 5, and the low temperature air preheater 6. Thus, the heat recovery down to a lower temperature range lower than before by about 30°C can be possible without being restricted by low temperature corrosion (sulfuric corrosion), from the aspect of which the heat recovery at the low temperature range of exhaust gas (the lowest tempeature limit of heat recovery is usually about 130W140°C of exhaust gas) is conventionally made impossible.
