    • PURPOSE:To absorb unexpected shock and to stop the reel safely in a device that stops a rotary reel at a fixed position by driving a stopping arm and a clamping arm by oil pressure and making the hydraulic cylinder of the stopping arm double-cylinder structure. CONSTITUTION:Rotation of a body 1 of a rotary reel driven by a motor is decelerated and stopped by knocking of a stopping piece 11a against a stopper arm 121 that is operated by a cylinder 122. The body 1 of the reel is fixed by pressing a clamping tongue piece 11b by a stopper arm 131 operated by a cylinder 132. Shock of the stopper arm 121 is received by oil pressure 125a through a piston rod 123a. When the shock is large, it is received doubly by oil pressure 125b through a piston rod 123b. The cylinder 122 can be made small by this double structure.

    • PURPOSE:To stop the rotation of a rotary shaft when the vibration of its jutting portion has exceeded a limit vaue, by providing an accelerometer in the jutting portion coaxially to the shaft to always detect the vibration. CONSTITUTION:An accelerometer 14 is provided in the jutting portion of a mandrel shaft 1 coaxially thereto. The signal takeout wires 15 of the accelerometer 14 are led out through the axial thin hole of the haft 1, a rotary cylinder 9 for the shaft and a slip ring 16. The acceleration signal of the accelerometer 14 is processed through a low-pass filter 17 for passing vibration frequencies not higher than the primary bending natural frequency of the mandrel shaft without a strip, so that the signal is removed of high frequencies of impulse or the like. The magnitude of the acceleration indicated by the signal passed through the filter 17 is compared with that of the signal of a limit level signal generator 19 by a level comparator 18. When the magnitude of the acceleration has exceeded a limit level, an alarm 20 is indicated and the rotation of the mandrel shaft 1 is stopped.

    • PURPOSE: To equalize the load of a planetary gear by providing a planetary shaft with a notch formed from the tangential both sides of a track to the inside.
      CONSTITUTION: A planetry gear 13 supported on a planetary shaft 16 is interlocked with a sun gear 12 and a fixed inner gear 19, so that the speed of rotation of an input shaft 11 is reduced to be taken out on an output shaft 14. In this case, ununiformity of load is caused by an error in cutting among respective gears 12, 13, 19. As the planetary shaft 16 is provided with a notch 20 formed from the tangential both sides to the inside, the planetary shaft 16 is elastically deformed to equalize the load.
