SOLUTION: In the manufacturing device of the in-line type organic electroluminescent element, a holder integrated with a mask is used to retain a substrate, to which a cooling plate is fitted to suppress temperature rise of the substrate and continuous conveyance is carried out. Further, a structure is realized in which the substrate is continuously conveyed without stop between treatment rooms of different degrees of vacuum, with differential exhaust parts D1 to D4 provided inside the device.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a direct-reduced iron producing apparatus, in which the apparatus is simplified by unnecessitating a pelletizer and a drier and on the other hand, the product efficiency in a reduction furnace can be improved by supplying formed raw material into a rotation type furnace hearth with the distributing quantity as needed. SOLUTION: A raw material supplying device 1 arranged on the reducing furnace 30 is consisting of a hopper 2 for receiving raw material powder, which receives the raw material mixed powder mixed with a mixer 42 with the uniform distribution through a shuttle conveyor 4, and a compacting-forming means 3 which can continuously supply onto the rotation type furnace hearth 4 after compacting and forming the received raw material mixed powder into the necessary density in the linear state of short rectangular shapes. This compacting-forming means 3 is provided with a roll feeder 1 which is formed as a tapered shape so that the compacted-formed bodies 13 can be supplied onto the rotation type furnace hearth 4 with the uniform distribution and can cut the compact-formed bodies 13 to the longitudinal direction, and a tapered divider roll 14 which can cut the compact-formed bodies formed with this roll feeder 11 to the lateral direction.

CONSTITUTION:The substrate 1 as a dielectric 38 is inserted between the plate electrodes 37, and a capacitor function is attained. To apply a strong magnetic field on the dielectric 38, the electrode 37 is connected to a high-voltage power source 32 through a rectifying device 36, vacuum tube 39 and choke 35 to use the electrode 37 as a resonance capacitor of a high-frequency oscillating circuit for generating a heavy power. As a result, when a current is supplied from the power source 32, the current is resonated with the electrode 37, and a strong alternating electric field is exerted on the substrate 1 as the dielectric 38 which is heated by the internal friction of the dipole in the molecule. Accordingly, the substrate 1 is heated and moderately dried.

摘要： PURPOSE:To uniformly deposit most of vapor generated by evaporating a substance to be vapor-deposited on a substrate by projecting an electron beam between an evaporating vessel and the substrate from a specified direction and allowing the beam to scan the surface of the substance to be vapor- deposited by the action of a magnetic field. CONSTITUTION:Plural electromagnets 44 are arranged on an evaporating vessel 42 at a proper pitch. An electron beam 41 is projected between the vessel 43 and a travelling substrate 42 from a horizontal direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the substrate 42. Electric current is successively supplied to the electromagnets 44 in the forward direction of the beams 41 under periodic on-off control and the beam 41 is allowed to scan the surface of a substance 45 to be vapor-deposited by the action of a generated magnetic field. The substance 45 is evaporated by uniform heating and most of the resulting vapor is uniformly deposited on the substrate 42.
