The dehumidifying unit 11 is enclosed in a constant temperature bath 11d, and back-wash nozzles 1a, 5c are connected to the gas sampling probe 1 and the filter 4, respectively, and thereby the high-temperature, high-pressure gas in the subject 15 to be sampled can be sampled continuously and rapidly, and a device which can readily remove ash and limestone accumulated in the probe 1 and on the filters 4, 7 while preventing the accuracy of analysis for the gas sampled from being deteriorated due to dissolution of SO2 in a drain, is provided.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of a clinker trouble, to facilitate continuous operation, to perform high-efficient desulfurization, and to reduce the generation of N20 by a method wherein a limestone and dolomite in an amount over an amount necessary for desulfurization is added and an addition amount of Ca for temperature selection is set based on a map of a Ca/S and clinker generating temperature. CONSTITUTION:An addition amount of a limestone (Ca0) (having a melt point temperature of 800 deg.C or more) is selected so as to satisfy 800 - 900 deg.C being the working temperature of a pressure fluidized bed boiler. A correlation diagram related a ratio of Ca/Smol and a clinker generating temperature is produced and used as an index of safety operation of the pressure fluidized bed boiler. In a lime, China origin Taedong coal is crushed and dried and graded and regulated into 0.2 - 2 mm. In the limestone, an IKURA origin limestone is dried and graded and regulated into 0.5 - 1.0 mm. A working condition of a pressure of 15 ata, a fluidized bed temperature of 890 deg.C, a ratio of Ca/Smol being 4 is selected based on a correlation diagram of a ratio of Ca/Smol and a clinker generating temperature. The stable feed of the lime and the limestone to a fluidized bed 1 is effected through control of rotation of a screw feeder. Clinker trouble is prevented from occurring, and as a result of continuous operation,a desulfurization factor in combustion exhaust gas 21 is approximate 98% or more, and N20 can be reduced to 20 ppm or less.

    • PURPOSE:To measure the capacity of a gas sampler easily and accurately by sampling calibration gas whose water content is already known and constant and measuring its water content. CONSTITUTION:The gas sampler S consists of a changeover cock 1, measuring pipe 2, and coupling pipes 3 and 3', and the calibration gas passes through a flow meter 4 from an N2 cylinder and then passes in the water in a sealed flask 5 to become gas containing saturated vapor. This gas is discharged through a pipe 6, cock 1, coupling pipe 3, measuring pipe 3, coupling pipe 3', cock 1, and discharge pipe 7. Further, saturated vapor is supplied to the gas sampler S stably by controlling the whole system of them to constant temperature. Thus, the partial pressure of the saturated vapor is known from the temperature, so the calibration gas having constant known water content is produced. The N2 carrier gas, on the other hand, has its water removed completely by a dehydrater 8 and is supplied by the pipe 13 through the flow meter 9. Therefore, the measuring having small error is executed easily and quickly.
