      SOLUTION: The vibration-damping polyester resin composition is a resin composition which comprises 14-64 mass% of (a) a polyester resin comprising dicarboxylic acid component structural units and diol component structural units, 2-20 mass% of (b) a bromine-containing flame retardant, 1-4 mass% of (c) an antimony compound, and 30-80 mass% of (d) an electroconductive material and/or a filler being a micaceous inorganic filler, the total amount of (a), (b), (c), and (d) being 100 mass%, and 0.1-5 pts.wt., per 100 pts.wt. resin composition comprising (a), (b), (c), and (d), of (e) a lubricant, and satisfies specified requirements.
