For the secondary discharge pipe 29, at least a part of a wall surface is constituted of a prescribed soft member 29b.

      SOLUTION: A primary whirling chamber 12 separates dust from dust-containing air having flown in from a primary inlet 11 by whirling the dust-containing air. On the lower part of a primary discharge tube 16 disposed at the upper part of the primary whirling chamber 12 and exhausting the air from which dust has been eliminated, a conical body 15a coaxial with the primary turning chamber 12 and having a plurality of holes at the lower part is provided. The sidewall of the conical body 15a is not present at a position lower than the lower end position of the opening edge of a 0th opening 113 or the holes are not present there even when the sidewall is present. Thus, the waste dispersed again from a primary dust collection chamber 14 is securely collected by the 0th opening 113 before being discharged from the primary discharge tube 16.
