A management center 34 has a storage part 36 which stores a predetermined standard operation event log, and a standard video log associated with the standard operation event log; an abnormal operation detection part 38 which compares the operation event log with the standard operation event log to detect a part where the operation by the operator 12 is different from a standard operation; and an extraction part 40 which extracts the video log corresponding to the detected abnormal operation.
