      SOLUTION: A first rib 3 is formed around a fan boss 2 formed at a center part of a main plate 1 of a rotary vane 8 and a second rib 4 is formed around the first rib 3 to constitute a dual rib and thereby to enlarge a diameter of a rib part. The second rib disposed to the outside functions as a barrier against wind flowing near the main plate to suppress concentration of the flow on between vanes near the main plate and thereby to reduce the noise in the predetermined air volume. Further, the weight of a fan center part is increased to suppress occurrence of the fan vibration and thereby to suppress the increase in noise caused by the fan vibration.
