    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid controlling solenoid valve, preventing foreign matter contained in blow-back gas from an engine due to change with the passage of time from being deposited in a volume chamber through a communication hole formed in the valve or blocking up the communication hole.
      SOLUTION: This fluid controlling solenoid valve includes: a solenoid part 1 disposed in the interior of an intake pipe where the air flows to generate electromagnetic attractive force; a valve part 2 integrated with the solenoid part 1 and having a valve 10 brought into contact with and separated from a seat part 18 formed on the inner wall surface of the intake pipe by the electromagnetic attractive force; and a contractable bellows 12 constituting a volume chamber with the valve 10, communicated with the engine side through a communication hole 13 formed in the valve 10 and canceling the pressure difference between the upstream side and the downstream side of the valve 10. The valve part 2 is provided with air circulating means 11, 30 allowing air to flow from the upstream side to the downstream side of the valve 10 through the communication hole 13.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a seal defect caused by foreign matter jammed between plates so as to prevent lowering of a flow rate of a pump, by providing foreign matter collection grooves formed on faces that are surfaces of a first plate and a second plate and are contact with a reed valve. SOLUTION: Collecting grooves 29, 30 for collecting foreing matter are respectively provided to plates 13, 14 that sandwich a reed valve 15 therebetween. When a piston is down, fuel flows into a pump chamber through an intake valve 15a of the reed valve 15. When the piston is up, the intake valve 15a is closed and a discharge valve 15b is opened so that the fuel in the pump chamber is discharged. If the foreign matter is jammed between the reed valve 15 and the plates 13, 14 sandwiching the reed valve 15 therebetween, the foreign matter is moved, by vertical motion of the reed valve 15, the interior in a wedged-manner to be collected in the collecting grooves 29, 30. Since the foreign matter is collected in the collecting grooves 29, 30, time to jam the foreign matter between the reed valve 15 and the plates 13, 14 is lessened. Accordingly, deformation of the reed valve 15 and deposition of the foreign matter are prevented so that a seal property of the reed valve 15 is maintained.
