      SOLUTION: The whole peripheral edge part of a screen panel 3 constituted of a rigid glass 10, a lenticular lens 20 and a fresnel lens 30 is sealed, and the discharge air paths 6 and 8 are secured by a wire 4 inserted in between the lenses or a recessed and projection part 7 previously formed on the tight contact surface of the lens, then, the air lying between the lenses is discharged, and respective lenses are brought in tight contact with one another to secure the flatness.
