    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concentration-measuring device using a polarographic method, capable of measuring the concentration of a substance in a liquid to be inspected relatively accurately, even if seawater is mixed with the liquid to be inspected. SOLUTION: The concentration-measuring device is equipped with a polarographic detector 2, an electrical conductivity measuring device 3, an electrical conductivity correction device 4, a residual chlorine indicator 5 and a polarograph changing device 6. The polarographic characteristics directly detected by the polarographic detector 2 are compared with the polarographic characteristics which takes into consideration the electroconductivity corrected by the electrical conductivity correction device 4 in the polarographic changing device 6 which is changed to accurate polarographic characteristics, as necessary, while the result is fed back and inputted to the residual chlorine indicator 5. A residual chlorine indication value is redetermined, on the basis of the altered polarographic characteristics in the residual chlorine indicator 5, to display an accurate residual chlorine indication value.
