    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a signal switching device realizing stable, high-speed converging operation by employing feedforward configuration.
      SOLUTION: The signal switching device is provided with: a phase shifting circuit 3a for changing the phase of a first input signal; a phase shifting circuit 3b for changing the phase of a second input signal; a phase difference detection circuit 1 for selecting two signals being the first input signal and a second output signal from the phase shifting circuit 3b or two signals being the second input signal and a first output signal from the phase shifting circuit 3a to detect phase difference between the selected two signals on the basis of a signal switching control signal; a phase control circuit 2 for binding passing phase amounts of the phase shifting circuits 3a and 3b on the basis of the signal switching control signal and a detection signal from the phase difference detection circuit to control the phases of the phase shifting circuits 3a and 3b; and an output switching circuit 4 for selecting and outputting the first output signal from the phase shifting circuit 3a or the second output signal from the phase shifting circuit 3b on the basis of the signal switching control signal.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phase shifter for shifting a phase of a signal to which a high S/N is required, to be used for a terrestrial digital broadcast transmitter or the like, more particularly, to accomplish an infinite phase shifter wherein signal deterioration caused by phase noise does not occur, having the same input/output frequency.
      SOLUTION: A phase shifter is comprised of a frequency conversion unit 51 comprised of an up converter mixer 22, a band-pass filter 23, a down converter mixer 24 and an output filter 25, and a local oscillation unit 52 comprised of one local oscillator 26, a distributor 27 and a variable phase means 28. An input signal is temporarily up converted by the up converter mixer 22, and then converted to the original frequency by the down converter mixer 24 using the same local oscillation signal as a local oscillation signal used for up conversion.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent an apparatus from being operated easily by other person, by executing a prescribed operation by a password number and an individual number which have been held in a device, comparing and collating its result and the inputted contents and controlling an operation of the apparatus. CONSTITUTION:A password number A which has been inputted from a data input part 1 is inputted to a comparing and collating part 3. Also, a password number B' which has been held in a password number holding part 2, and an individual number which has been held in an individual number holding part 5 are inputted to an operation input part 3 and prescribed operation is executed. A result of the operation is inputted to the comparing and collating part 3, and compared and collated with the password number A. As a result, when both of them coincide, a control is executed so that an apparatus starts normally an operation through an apparatus control part 6. Also, when the password number A is not inputted, or both of them are not equal as a result of the collation, an operation stop state of the apparatus is held. Accordingly, unless not only the password number and the individual number but also the operating method are known, an operation of the apparatus becomes impossible.
