      SOLUTION: When correcting coordinates in a triangle area according to correction transformation calculated on the basis of a coordinate value on the map of a vertex in the triangle area which divides the map and the corrected coordinate value, inconsistency in the triangle area caused by the correction transformation is evaluated to calculate the degree of inconsistency and, with respect to cases that the total sum of the degree of inconsistency decreases according to a division change for exchanging vertices among adjacent triangle areas, triangle areas are changed according to the division change.
