摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent erroneous display due to noise and to detect noise input, by discriminating a receiving signal by a noise signal detection means and outputting a detection signal when said signal is a noise signal and outputting to trigger signal of a signal fixing means. CONSTITUTION:When loop antennae 4A, 4B receive continuous noise, signals are not inputted to the clock terminals of FF 15A, 15B from the AND circuit 20 of a noise signal detection means 16 and, therefore, said signals are not triggered and, before resetting, there is no change in an output state at the time and, after resetting, no output is issued. When short-term intermittent noise is inputted, a monomultivibrator 16 outputs a single pulse signal wherein a predetermined time length is added to the whole length of an intermittent noise signal and, therefore, when the time length of said pulse signal is longer than the output time length of a monomultivibrator 17, the signal corresponding to the noise signal is outputted from an AND circuit 19. By this method, a signal display device 13A performs no erroneous display by any noise signal.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a high performance laser device by emitting a pulse laser light via a through hole formed at the center of a concave mirror for forming an unstable resonator, thereby triggering it and outputting a pulse laser light of large output. CONSTITUTION:A pulse laser light emitted from a pulse laser device 16 is introduced via a through hole (g) of a concave mirror 6' with a small hole into an unstable resonator formed of a concave mirror 6 and a convex mirror 7, and the propagating direction coincides with an optical axis (c). The pulse laser light is gradually isolated from the axis (c) while repeating reflections between the mirrors 6' and 7, and eventually led out of a stable resonator via a plane mirror 8 with a hole. In the meantime, the laser light is amplified by the repetition of the collision of the laser light with carbon dioxide gas molecules excited in the discharging medium (b) by the glow (or voiceless) discharge between discharging electrodes 2 and 3, and outputted as the large output laser light of a ring mode A. In other words, the pulse laser light becomes a trigger, and outputted as a large output laser light, but the pulse responding velocity is the same as the pulse laser light.

Therefore, a signal display device 13A does not perform erroneous display. That is, a receiving apparatus 8 does not receive the effect of foreign noise at all before the elements 16A, 16B are set by the regular input signal and reset by the output signal of a monomultivibrator 20.

Counter resetting means 21A, 21B rest one counter when the other counter starts counting. Signal holding means 22A, 22B input the outputs of the counters of hold the same themselves and output signals showing the direction of the accident point of the distribution line. Self-holding reset means 23A, 23B, 31B, 31A reset one signal holding means when the other starts self-holding. A signal processing means 25 outputs a signal confirming whether the direction of the accident point shown by the output signals of the means 22A, 22B is correct. By this method, the correct direction of the accident point can be discriminated from the displays of signal display devices 13A-13C.
