    • PURPOSE:To prevent dielectric breakdown without excessively suppressing the fluidization speed of insulating oil by a method wherein the electric signal coming from the electric charge cloud, generated on the interface between insulating oil and a solid insulator by the fluidization of insulating oil, is detected through the intermediary of an insulating core. CONSTITUTION:The oil-filled electric machine such as a transformer and the like is formed by providing a wiring body, having a winding and a solid insulator, inside a tank 1 in which insulating oil 2 is circulated. An electrostatic negative charge cloud 9 is generated on the interface of the oil 2 and the solid insulator by the circulation of the above-mentioned oil 2. Pertaining to the electric signal sent from the cloud 9, a positive charge cloud corresponding to the electric signal is detected by the detector 27 which is connected to the insulated core 24 provided through the intermediary of the electric insulator 23 of the core main body 22. When the detected current value is in excess of the prescribed value, an alarm is given, and the flow speed of oil is made slower. At this time, the dielectric breakdown due to the superposition of electric field of the charge cloud can be prevented and this detection is monitored at all times without suppressing the flow speed of the insulating oil in excess of the required extent.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent deterioration of insulation property of electric insulation oil and breakdown of the insulation oil in a transformer, by a method wherein a white clay treating device is installed at midway of oil circulation system, and polar material contained within electric insulation oil in the transformer oil tank is removed. CONSTITUTION:A white clay treating device to remove polar material contained in electric insulation oil 3, together with a pipe 11 to be connected to a transformer tank 2, a second oil circulation pump 12, an oil flow adjusting valve 13 to control the oil flow amount, a temperature control system 14 for controlling the polar material removing capacity of the white clay treating device 10 and a filtering device 15 for catching suspended particles in the oil so as to prevent the blinding constitutes a white clay treating oil circulation system 16. If polar material is produced on account of deterioration of the electric insulation oil 3 within the transformer tank 2, it is transferred to the white clay treating device by the second oil circulation pump 12 and the polar material is removed. And then oil is returned to the oil tank again through the pipe 11.

Because magnitude of the AC voltage to be superposed on the DC voltage thereof can be controlled by changing the ratio of capacitance between the smoothing capacitor 3 and the capacitor 8 for superposition of AC voltage, magnitude of the AC voltage to be superposed on the DC voltage can be controlled simply by changing the value of the smoothing capacitor 3, or by changing the value of the capacitor 8 for superposition of the AC voltage, or by changing the value of the smoothing capacitor 3 and the capacitor 8 for superposition of the AC voltage at the same time.

    • PURPOSE:To enable to measure and monitor generated static electricity amount due to insulating fluid flow by circulating the fluid by utilizing the head between two points of the insulating fluid flow passage. CONSTITUTION:The insulating oil 1 of a transformer A or the like is returned through an upper cooling pipe 2, oil cooler 4, oil circulating pump 5 and lower cooling pipe 3 again to the transformer. A static electricity monitor B is now connected to any two points of the place where the head occurs in an oil circulating system such as, for example, at upper and lower oil collecting valves 8, 9 of the pump 5. Thus, a flow control valve 10 is regulated to become the standard amount preset at the indication of a flow meter 11 so as to measure the charged flow amount at the measuring unit 7 via an ammeter 15. Since the charged amount also depends upon the oil intrinsic resistance rho or dielectric loss rate tan delta, these measuring electrodes 12 are provided in a charge reducing tank to as to convert the charged amount. When an automatic flow velocity controller is provided in the circulating system, it can always measure under set flow velocity.

    • PURPOSE:To allow mulfunction of a relay and oil jet from a respirator to be eliminated by providing oil circulating pumps for sending oil into the side of a radiator and for sending out oil and constituting them so as to start them simultaneously, thereby practically preventing variations of oil pressure in starting. CONSTITUTION:Another oil circulating pump 5A is provided on the way of an upper pipe 4A. When only the oil circulating pump 5A is started in this configuration, oil A flows toward a radiator 2. However, variations of oil pressure are generated in starting the pump 5A to expand the volume of the radiator 2 owing to a positive pressure. Accordingly, since the simultaneous starting of the oil circulating pumps 5A and 5B cancells variations of oil pressure, change in the volume of the radiator 2 is lightened and not affected to the side of a conservator 6. Consequently, abrupt run of oil is by no means generated in a convservator piping system 8, thereby preventing mulfunction of a relay 7 and oil jet from a respirator 9.
