An adhesive containing an aromatic vinyl benzyl ether and a maleimide compound or an adhesive containing an aromatic vinyl benzylamine compound and a maleimide compound is used in the first adhesive layer (B1). A fluororubber adhesive incorporated with an organic silane compound is used in the second adhesive layer (B2).
