    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the accuracy of the roundness of a throttle bore from being degraded by suppressing an effect of the heating of a motor on a synthetic resin throttle body.
      SOLUTION: In this throttle control device 1, a throttle valve 2 is drivingly opened and closed by the motor 4. The throttle body 5 is formed of a synthetic resin. The throttle body has a bore 5a in which the throttle valve 2 is contained. A throttle shaft 3 is rotatably supported on the throttle body. A cover 6 is fitted to the throttle body 5. A reduction gear mechanism 11 for transmitting the rotation of the motor 4 after speed reduction to the throttle shaft 3 is contained in the cover 6. The motor 4 is mounted to the cover 6. The motor 4 is disposed on the bore 5a at the opposite side of the cover 6 on one side of the reduction gear mechanism 11, desirably at the diagonal position. The outer surface of the motor 4 is exposed to the air.

The yoke 21 is fixed not tightly but having minute play (the gap G) in its diametrical direction to the bracket 22, and the yoke 21 and the bracket 22 are of soft structure capable of relative shifting, and vibrational energy at the resonation of an armature is dissipated by the caulking part 23, and thus the vibration of the armature is suppressed. The cover module 5 is equipped with a motor storage part 21, a driver storage part 22, and a TPS storage part 23. The cover module 5 is formed of a synthetic resin having low heat conductivity. A dividing wall A is provided between the motor storage part 21 and the TPS storage part 23, a dividing wall B is provided between the motor storage part 21 and the driver storage part 22, and a dividing wall C is provided between the driver storage part 22 and the TPS storage part 23. Each of the storage parts 21 to 23 is thermally separated by the dividing walls A to C, and interrelated influence of heat generation among each part is suppressed to the minimum.

      SOLUTION: This electronic control throttle valve device is provided with a throttle valve 1 which is opened and closed by a brushless motor 5 and of which opening is detected by an angle sensor 10. A cover module 6 having the brushless motor 5 and the angle sensor 10 stored therein is attached on a throttle body 3 having a throttle chamber formed. A coolant passage 8 in which coolant is circulated is formed to penetrate an inside of a cover 7 of the cover module 6. The coolant passage 8 is provided closely to the brushless motor 5 and a driver 27 thereof. Heat caused by an engine, the brushless motor 5, the driver and the like is efficiently discharged from the cover by coolant flowing in the coolant passage 8 and accuracy and reliability of the angle sensor 10 is improved.
