    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discriminate surely between disconnected state after stoppage and occurrence of a slip in an actuator employing a potentiometer in order to reduce the cost. SOLUTION: Potentio voltage V after stopping the actuator of a potentiometer provided in order to detect displacement of a motor in the actuator is detected every unit time t. A decision is made that a connector is removed if the potentio voltage V is not higher than a connector removal decision level Vc, otherwise a decision is made whether the potentio voltage dropped a slip decision level Vs or more from a level Vp at the time of stoppage. If it has dropped more than Vs and the potentio voltage after elapsing next unit time has dropped more than Vs which is larger than Vc, a decision is made that a slip is generated. Removal of a connector can be discriminated easily from occurrence of a slip with no problem in an actuator employing a potentiometer.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote control switch device capable of preventing an electric working table from being actuated even if the working table is remotely operated in a situation unintended by an operator and capable of preventing the operation in a situation intended by the operator from being complicated. SOLUTION: When the operator operates a remote control switch in the remote control switch device 10, the state of the remote control switch device 10 is changed because the switch is operated by the operator holding the device by hand. The change of the state is detected by state detection sensors (an angle sensor 12 and an acceleration sensor 14), and whether or not to receive the switch operation is determined based on signals from the state detection sensors. Usually, the angle is changed (e.g. inclined from a horizontal state) when the remote control switch device 10 is operated by a person, for example. Accordingly, the angle sensor 12 capable of detecting the angle is mounted in the remote control switch device 10 so that the switch operation in a button input part 11 is received if the angle is changed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the speed control for an actuator of low cost structure.
SOLUTION: A potentiometer, interlocked with a displacement of an actuator, is provided. A speed of the actuator is detected by the change of a voltage of the potentiometer and a motor current is detected, and if the speed of the actuator is lowered from a target speed and to be increased, the incrementing value of a drive control output value is increased according to a load detected by the motor current. With such a constitution, the constant speed control can be realized by using a potentiometer, which is relatively cheaper than a rotary sensor, and further, even if the actuator speed is shifted to the lower side of the target speed in a high load state, the drive control output value is increased according to the detected current value; so that the actuator speed shifted to the lower side of the target speed can approach the target speed quickly, and hence the deterioration of the stability of the constant speed control can be avoided.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor controller that is applicable to a relatively inexpensive product without impairing a fail-safe function. SOLUTION: Both first/second relays 19, 20 are off-controlled when a system power supply is turned on. A FET 18 is on-controlled for a prescribed period of time. When only a current signal I is obtained within the prescribed period of time, it is determined that the second relay 20 corresponding to a second electric motor M2 is failed. Accordingly, it is possible to detect a rotating state of the second electric motor M2 without a rotation sensor by utilizing that a sensor signal S of a rotation sensor S1 provided in a first electric motor M1 is not detected.
