    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rectangular frame with a receiving member enabling the easy and accurate installation of the wooden receiving member thereon and a mounting structure of an insulating board in which the insulating board is mounted on the rectangular frame with a receiving member.
      SOLUTION: A mounting part 11c is formed integrally with the rectangular frame 10 made of an aluminum or an aluminum alloy and formed in a rectangular shape. The wooden receiving member 25 is so attached to the mounting part 11c with screws that its surface is generally flush with the surface of the rectangular frame 10. Since the mounting part 11c is made of the aluminum or aluminum alloy, and softer than iron, it can easily and surely mount the receiving member 25 by screwing screws into the mounting part 11c from the receiving member 25. Also, the receiving member 25 can be accurately positioned and mounted by mounting the receiving member 25 on the mounting part 11c.
