    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique suitable for connections using a fusing process in a structure in which coil windings are connected to terminals in a stator of an inner rotor type brushless motor.SOLUTION: In an insulator 202 that is mounted to a stator of an inner rotor type brushless motor and has a substantially annular shape, a wire connection structure of coil windings in a motor is provided with conduction terminals 220 to which jumper wires 230 of the coil windings wound about a plurality of salient poles in a stator core. The conduction terminals 220 are provided with first conductive portions 221 and second conductive portions 222. Under a state that the jumper wires 230 are interposed in gaps therebetween, fusing processes are performed and the jumper wires 230 are connected to the conduction terminals 220.

A command information generation part 4 is previously stored with an advance value group corresponding to a combination of winding current information on the motor 2 and rotating speed information. The command information generation part 4 selects an optimum advance value from the advance value group according to the combination of winding current information and rotating speed information on the motor 2, and outputs optimum advance value information and speed command information to the drive signal generation part 5. The drive signal generation part 5 outputs a drive signal for the motor 2 to an output part 6 according to the optimum advance value information and speed command information. The optimum advance value is found according to a rotating speed and a winding current of the motor 2 without requiring any complicated operation.

A power is supplied from the output part 10 to a motor 2. The signal synthesis part 4 outputs a compound command signal S1 obtained by synthesizing frequency information and duty information of a pulse signal. The compound command signal S1 is inputted to the command information restoration processing part 8 via one transmission path 7. The command information restoration processing part 8 restores the two operation command information based on the frequency information and the duty information of the compound command signal S1. Based on the restored information, a drive signal S6 is outputted from the drive signal generation part 9 to the output part 10. The output part 10 drives the motor 2 depending on the drive signal S6.
