摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a braille member which contributes to cost reduction, and prevents deterioration of a light emitting material and degradation of the luminance of light emitted from the light emitting material, and to provide a guide block. SOLUTION: The braille member 1 is formed of a translucent cover member 2 which is made of a translucent material and has a recess 4 formed in a bottom surface thereof 2a, and at least one light emitting member 3 which is made of a light emitting material obtained by dispersing a luminous pigment and/or a fluorescent pigment in the translucent material, and set in the recess 4.
