摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deaeration-adherable sheet which does not leave any remnant of adhesive unremoved on a surface from which the sheet has been peeled off, and especially, does not trap air when sticking the sheet.
SOLUTION: This deaeration adhesive sheet (1) sticks to an object effecting deaeration-adhesion without using an adhesive, and has an aeration groove (3) formed in at least the deaeration-adhesive surface (2) of the sheet (1). In addition, the aeration groove (3) is formed by embossing, and the groove depth (30) of the aeration groove (3) is 30 to 100 μm and the groove width (31) of the aeration groove (3) is 50 to 120 μm.
