CONSTITUTION:In a grouting construction management chart for curtain grout, Lugeon value in the injection hole on the left side of the chart is displayed by hole and section groups. The ports of the holes are leveled with each other at the same height regardless of the height difference of the injection ports and displayed graphically without providing apertures between the injection ports. In the chart on the right, Lugeon values are displayed in a gradually increasing series of the concentration and compared with the chart of the left to know Lugeon value between the sections. Since Lugeon value can be easily known, the distributing condition of grout in unimproved section can be easily and exactly obtained for judging the grouting effects.

    • PURPOSE:To enable the solenoid operation by a sequence controller and make a supplementary relay circuit and the like unnecessary by a method wherein a driving part of a controller, which is operated by the electric signal from a pneumatic solenoid switching valve, a hydraulic solenoid switching valve and the like, is composed of a solenoid and a non-contact switch is fitted to the solenoid in a unitary body while being made freely removable. CONSTITUTION:A non-contact switch 7' is fitted to a solenoid B' in a unitary body but freely removable and signal input terminals 8' and AC output terminals 10' are drawn out of the switch 7'. Then the terminals 10' are connected to source input terminals 11', which compose the solenoid B', so that a solenoid D with a non-contact switch is composed. When the signal from a sequence controller is applied to the terminals 8' of the switch 7', one of the terminals 10' is connected to one of the terminals 11' through the solenoid B' and another terminal is connected to another one of the terminals 11' directly. In this composition, plug-in method is introduced for the connection of the terminals 10' in order to make replacement easy when any one of the components generates trouble.

    • PURPOSE:To simplify construction and facilitate maintenance, by providing a valve body which is inserted into a sleeve, is moved through sliding or rotational sliding, and controls a flow rate by cooperating with an opening part of the sleeve. CONSTITUTION:The valve body 16 is moved in the sleeve 15 through sliding or rotational sliding by driving a driving gear. When the valve body 16 is located on the opening part 15a of the sleeve 15, a grout flowing in through an inflow port 7a is divided to the outflow port 7c side and the outflow port 7b side by the valve body 16 when passing through the opening part 15a, and the flow rates of the grout portions flowing to the port 7c side and the port 7b side are determined by the cross-sectional areas of the opening part 15a divided by the valve body 16. Accordingly, the flow rate of the grout passing through the port 7c and that through the port 7b can be arbitrarily controlled by arbitrarily regulating the position of the valve body 16.

    • PURPOSE:To provide accurate and high reliability, by a method wherein elongation is continuously measured by measuring the moving distance of a wire material on which a specified tension is applied, while a pressure is continuously measured, and a relation between a tension power and elongation is continuously checked. CONSTITUTION:When a projection 1a of a tensional material 1 is moved toward a pulley 9, since a weight 10 is attached to the other end of a wire material, attached to the projection 1a by means of a locking tool 7, through the medium of the pulley 9, the wire material 8 is moved in the direction of the weight 10. Thereafter, the pulley 9 is rotated by a full amount, equivalent to the moving distance, motivated by friction between the wire material 8 and the pulley 9. From the rotary angle of the size of the pulley 9, elongation of the stretched material 1 can be easily measured, and based on the tension force of the tensional material and measurements of elongation, tension test data are made. This completes a report simultaneously with completion of a tension test, the drawn up report has accurate and high reliability, and can contribute to the construction management immediately.
