    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasound diagnostic system adapted to provide additional information together with an elastic image. SOLUTION: This ultrasound diagnostic system comprises: a probe for providing echo signals from a target object and information relating to pressure applied to the target object; an elastic image processor for producing the elastic image and additional information related thereto based on the echo signals and pressure relating information; and a display part for displaying the elastic image and the additional information which are inputted from the elastic image processor. The additional information includes an elastic image map and a strain ratio of a medium. The elastic image processor calculates the strain ratio based on the echo signals and the pressure relating information and calculates a constriction speed based on the strain ratio and the frame rate to form the elastic image map showing a relationship between the constriction speed and the strain ratio.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic system and a method by which a frame average process is accommodatively performed in response to the change of a frame rate.SOLUTION: The ultrasonic system includes: an ultrasonic data acquiring section which acquires a plurality of ultrasonic data corresponding to a living body in order; and a processor. In this case, the processor forms a plurality of ultrasonic images in order by using the plurality of ultrasonic data, estimates a frame average coefficient in response to the change of the frame rate by using the iframe average image (i is an integer of 1 or higher) which has been frame-average-processed, and the iultrasonic image, and forms the (i+1)frame average image by performing the frame averaging process between the iframe average image and the (i+1)ultrasonic image conforming to the frame average coefficient.
