摘要： PURPOSE:To uniform perfectly the flow distribution of resin in the die main body by a method wherein a flow regulating rod is arranged in the discharging side manifold of a resin inlet section in the captioned die for extrusion forming of a film, a sheet or the like. CONSTITUTION:The manifold 3 is provided in a substantially mountain shape at the discharging side of the resin inlet section 2 for introducing the resin into the die main body 1 and the machinable flow regulating rod 4 having substantially the same but smaller mountainlike shape is supported at the inner wall face of the manifold 3 through a spoke 5. A substantially triangular restrictor 6 is arranged neighboring to the manifold 3. The flow of the resin is entered into the manifold 3 at first, the flow regulating rod 4 nextly and into a die lip 7 lastly after it is uniformed through the restrictor 6. In this case, a sheet is made for an examination and the part of the flow regulating rod 4, at a position whereat the flow of the resin is not good, is cut locally such as a cut 8 at the inlet and the cut 3 at the terminal part, for example, so as to uniform the flow of the resin.

摘要： PURPOSE:To supply the material to a die with a normal stream without causing a flapping and other undesirable phenomenon of the extrusion plastic mold by providing in an exit of a cylinder barrel a store portion made of the material capable of freely controlling its volumn. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder barrel 1 having a screw 2 provided therein serves to supply the material to a die 3. A breaker plate 4 is fixed by a fixing member 5. A store portion 6 made of soluble material is provided at the exit of the cylinder barrel 1 and the volumn of the store 1 can be freely varied by changing a thickness of a spacer 7. According to such a construction, the material is molten in the cylinder barrel 1 and a pulsed current generated when it is transferred to by the screw 2 is absorbed by the store portion 6, the material is supplied as a normal stream to the die 3 while avoiding the flapping of the extrusion plastic mold or a variation in its density. The volumn of the store portion 6 can be adjusted depending upon the kind of the extruded material or extruding condition to supply the material as the normal stream to the die 3.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a coathanger die that can flow out a molding material in a uniform manner in a transverse direction of the flow, by providing, within a manifold located between an inlet for the molding material and a die lip section, a partition member having communicative ports in its center and capable of reciprocating in parallel with the width of a die lip. CONSTITUTION:Between the inlet 1 for the molding material and the die lip section 3 for discharging it in a sheeet form is provided the manifold 2 for temporally storing the molding material, and within the manifold 2 is provided the partition member 4 comprising a column. A small diameter section 5 is provided in the center of the partition member 4 so that the communicative ports 6 are provided between the small diameter section 5 and the inner surfaces of the manifold 2. The partition member 4 is reciprocally driven in parallel with the width of the die lip, and therefore the flow of the molding material becomes generally equally distributed along the overall width of the die lip. Accordingly, the molding material can be molded into a sheet with it uniformly distributed in its traverse direction.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prepare a resin coated perforated plate having a resin coating of which a surface is smooth by subjecting the perforated plate to the extrusion coating by using an extruder having a long die lip and a large volume resin sump for keeping a resin pressure to a definite level or less. CONSTITUTION:A length of the die lip L is set to a dimension sufficiently longer than a diameter of a hole 2 of the perforated plate 1 and the large volume resin sump 5 is formed to surfaces 3a, 4a of a metal mold and, in this condition, a molten resin 9 is sent into the resin sump 5 from the extruder through a manifold 6 and a restrictor 7 equalizing a resin stream. The resin is coated on a surface of the perforated plate 1 while a transfer speed of said perforated plate and an emitting amount of the resin are controlled so as to keep a resin pressure to a definite value or less. Becasue the die lip L is long, the resin filled in the hole 2 is solidified in an apparatus and prevented from being flowed downwardly. Because the resin is coated under a definite pressure or less, the resin in the hole 2 is not expanded after coating and a surface thereof is made smooth.

Further, a resin coating device, having elastic layers 9, 9 at the outer periphery of a pair of upper and lower rolls 8, 8 for pushing the resin around the hole into the internal peripheral surface of the hole to adhere the resin padded around the hole to the internal periphery of the hole, is also provided in this device.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide an experimental mold for manufacturing the mold for a coat hanger by which the restrictor part of the mold for a coat hanger is made adjustable and an optimum restrictor thickness according to molding conditions can be obtained without the need for mold correction. CONSTITUTION:The restrictor 3 communicating between a manifold 2 and a die lip 4 can be regulated by varying the thickness of a spacer 7. The flow distribution is measured from extruded moldings. When the flow in the center of a molding is large in quantity, the spacer 7 is made thicker; when the flow in the center is small in quantity, the spacer 7 is made thinner. This is repeated to obtain a desired uniform restrictor.
