    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep the temperature of a heat medium high while keeping high heat efficiency by gradually heating heat collecting tubes by changing the number of heat collecting tubes in respective reflecting mirrors collecting solar light toward focal points of the reflecting mirrors.
      SOLUTION: This solar energy collector 16 is composed of the plurality of reflecting mirrors 1 for collecting the solar light, the plurality of heat collecting tubes 5 disposed on the focal points 2 of the reflecting mirrors or around the focal points 2, a heat collecting portion 4 changing the number of heat collecting tubes 5 respectively disposed on the plurality of reflecting mirrors 1, and an outer package receiving the reflecting mirrors 1 and the heat collecting portion 4. As the heat collecting tubes 5 collect the solar light directing to the focal points 2 of the reflecting mirrors 1, the heat medium 6 circulating in the heat collecting portion 4 is heated to high temperature. Further when a temperature of the heat medium 6 at an inlet side of the solar energy collector 16 is low, a light receiving area of the heat collecting tubes 5 is increased to collect a large amount of heat, and when a temperature of the heat medium 6 at an outlet side is increased, the light is collected in a state of decreasing the light receiving area of the heat collecting tubes 5, and the temperature of the heat collecting tubes 5 is increased, so that the temperature of the heat medium is increased.

      SOLUTION: The garbage treatment apparatus comprises a garbage treatment part 21, a stirring means 22 for stirring garbage, a temperature sensing means 42 for sensing the temperature of outside air, a water content sensing means 43 for sensing the water content in the treatment part 21, and a control part 44 for operating the stirring means 22 in accordance with the output of the water content sensing means 43 and is enabled to correct the output of the water content sensing means 43 to an excess water content side in the case the temperature sensing means 42 detects that the temperature is lower than a prescribed temperature. Consequently, in the case a low temperature is sensed, the control part 44 operates the stirring means 22 to the drying side and accordingly, a proper water content is maintained and decomposition by microorganism and malodor suppression can be carried out well.

      SOLUTION: The garbage disposer is provided with a treatment vessel 2 for decomposing/treating the garbage; a stirring means 5 for stirring an article to be treated in the treatment vessel; a heating means 6 for heating, if necessary, the treatment vessel; a garbage throwing detection means for detecting throwing of the garbage; and an exhaust passage communicating with outside air and provided with a ventilation. The garbage disposer is made to a constitution that a low treatment mode is provided in which a warm-keeping temperature of the treatment vessel is decreased and made to a higher warm-keeping temperature than that of the near freezing point when the garbage throwing detection means does not detect the throwing of the garbage beyond a predetermined time. The garbage disposer with sufficient usage in response to any usage environment can be realized, in which even if the garbage is not thrown for a long period of time, decomposition performance can be more quickly exhibited when the garbage is re-thrown.

      SOLUTION: This garbage disposal unit comprises a microorganism decomposing and treatment part 21, an agitation means 23 built therein, a suction port 32, an exhaust port 30 and a ventilation fan 31 provided at the treatment part 21. The agitation means 23 is driven for a given period after detecting charge of garbage, and is stopped for a given period when detecting re-charge of garbage. When detecting re-charge of garbage 27 into the treatment part 21 before the given period has passed, drive of the agitation means 23 is kept stopped. That is, when garbage is re-charged, the agitation means 23 is reset. As a result, the additionally charged garbage 27 is dried to the same extent as the previously charged garbage 27. Moisture can be adjusted (moisture is reduced) in the treatment part 21 by this drying, so that ventilation can be secured in the treatment part 21 to keep decomposition performance of the garbage 27.
