    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing apparatus for a solid electrolytic capacitor for stably forming a uniform solid electrolytic layer and having excellent productivity and maintainability.
      SOLUTION: This apparatus comprises a bonding unit for sticking an anode electrode 5 to an anode body 1, a supply unit for sending the anode body 1 into a polymerizing solution 4 in a polymerization tank 3, and cathode electrodes 7 provided at both ends of the anode body 1 in the widthwise direction thereof in a non-contact state in the polymerizing solution 4. A voltage is applied to the anode electrode 5 and the cathode electrodes 7 from a power supply 13 in the polymerizing solution 4 to carry out electrolytic polymerization to form the solid electrolytic layer, so that good circulation of the polymerizing solution 4 and improved productivity can be achieved. The uniform solid electrolytic layer can be formed because the formation and the adhesion of an electrically conductive polymer to the inner wall of the polymerization tank 3, and the change of the effective area of the cathode electrodes 7, are suppressed. Further, because ends of the cathode electrodes 7 are connected by an electrically conductive plate 8 and are supported outside the polymerization tank 3, the removal of the cathode electrodes 7 are facilitated so that the maintainability can be improved.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for manufacturing a solid electrolyte capacitor with excellent productivity and workability, capable of stably forming a solid electrolytic layer with excellent quality.
      SOLUTION: The device includes: a supply for supplying a positive electrode body 1 with a positive electrode 3 stuck thereto to a polymeric liquid 7; negative electrodes 8 arranged at both the ends of the positive electrode body 1 in the polymeric liquid 7. The positive electrode 3 to be used is obtained by defining aluminum foil as a base material, and forming a conductive thin film layer on the surface. Power feeding rollers for applying a voltage on the positive electrode 3 are arranged at two places before immersing the positive electrode body 1 in the polymeric liquid 7 and after pulling-out the body 1 from the liquid 7. Power feeding pins 5a with a diagonally notched distal end are implanted on the peripheral surface of the power feeding roller 5 to be arranged after pulling-out. Thus, the power feeding pins 5a are stuck to the positive electrode 3, where the solid electrolytic film is formed on the surface after electrolytic polymerization, so as to destroy the solid electrolytic film, and also the broken surface of the base material is expressed so as to secure conductivity. Thus, the electrolytic polymerization with excellent quality is performed by stable power feeding.
