The shape of a leading edge 5 of the blade 4 is secured, a plurality of groove parts 12 concentrically formed with an equal flow rate parting line in blade design or an optional equal flow rate parting line, and tip surfaces of projecting parts 13 formed between the groove parts 12 have airfoil shapes. The plurality of groove parts 12 are provided while securing the air volume performance and low noise, so that the blade can be manufactured by a molding method for a thin blade, and can be stably manufactured. Further, the groove parts 12 are formed over approximately the whole blade, that is, approximately the whole blade 4 is molded to be thin, so that weight of a single blade 4 is reduced.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impeller of a fan wherein weight-reduction and the productivity are improved, while the gas-volume performance and noise-reduction are preserved.
      SOLUTION: The impeller comprises a hub part (not shown) which is rotatably driven by receiving torque from the outside, and a plurality of airfoil blades 4 placed radially extendedly around the hub part. In order to ensure the form of the leading-edge of the each blade 4, at the time of reducing the thickness of the thick-wall part 17 in the blade 4, a mold core (not shown) for a reduced-thickness part 13 is slid linearly to mold the reduced-thickness part 13. The form of the thick airfoil leading-edge of the blade 4 is ensured. Consequently, the gas-volume performance is improved, and the noise-reduction is attained. Further, by reducing the thickness of the thick-wall part 17 in the leading edge 5, production in the thin-wall molding-method can be attained, and the production is stably performed. Since the thin-walled blade can be molded all over the blade area, the weight of the single blade 4 can be reduced.
