SOLUTION: The suction nozzle is made into a double nozzle structure comprising a first nozzle and a second nozzle larger than the first nozzle. The first nozzle is made movable between a first suction holding position where a first suction holding face of the first nozzle is protruded, and a second suction holding position being the same position as a second suction holding face of the second nozzle. A passage closure is provided in which, in a state where the suction nozzle is placed at the protruding position, a second suction passage within the second nozzle is closed, and in a state where the suction nozzle is placed at a storage position, closing of the second suction passage is released.
