    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize downsizing and mass-production without degrading electric properties. SOLUTION: At least three center electrodes 12a to 12c are provided which are placed so as to be superposed and intersected one other. At each edge of the center electrodes 12a to 12c, capacitors 6a to 6c that are parallel-connected are provided. In addition, at each of the other edges of the center electrodes 12a to 12c, ground electrodes 13a, 13b, at least every one of which is placed between the center electrodes 12a to 12c, are connected. Electric separation layers alpha are placed between the center electrodes 12a to 12c and the ground electrodes 13a, 13b. Furthermore, a ferrite component 2 is placed near the center electrodes 12a to 12c, and a magnet 3 applies a direct current magnetic field to the ferrite component 2. A yoke component 4 is combined with the ferrite component 2 and the magnet 3 to constitutes a magnetic circuit.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasma display panel capable of reducing power consumption while achieving high reliability by preventing trouble such as yellow discoloration.
      SOLUTION: This plasma display panel is provided with: a front substrate 1 with display electrodes 5 formed thereon; a back plate 8 with address electrodes 10 formed thereon; dielectric layers 6 and 11 covering the electrodes 5 and 8; and barrier ribs 12. At least one selected from the dielectric layers 6 and 11, and the barrier ribs 12 contains oxide glass. When it is assumed that the total of content rates of other elements excluding oxygen (O) is 100 atom%, the oxide glass satisfies a composition range of 55-85 atomic% of B, 0-15 atomic% of Si, 0-15 atomic% of Zn, 0-10 atomic% of K, 0-10 atomic% of Na, 1-10 atomic% of Bi, 5-30 atomic% of Si+Zn, 1-10 atomic% of K+Na, and 8-15 atomic% of K+Na+Bi.

      SOLUTION: This invention provides the nonreversible circuit element provided with 3 strip lines that are insulated from each other and overlapped so as to be in crossing with each other at a prescribed angle, a ferrite board closely placed to the strip lines, a magnet that magnetizes the ferrite board, 3 capacitors respectively connected to the strip lines, and a case that contains the components above and acts like part of a magnetic circuit, and the 3 capacitors are formed in one capacitive board containing a magnetic substance and the capacitive board is placed between the ferrite board and the case close to the ferrite board.
