SOLUTION: At least three center electrodes 12a to 12c are provided which are placed so as to be superposed and intersected one other. At each edge of the center electrodes 12a to 12c, capacitors 6a to 6c that are parallel-connected are provided. In addition, at each of the other edges of the center electrodes 12a to 12c, ground electrodes 13a, 13b, at least every one of which is placed between the center electrodes 12a to 12c, are connected. Electric separation layers alpha are placed between the center electrodes 12a to 12c and the ground electrodes 13a, 13b. Furthermore, a ferrite component 2 is placed near the center electrodes 12a to 12c, and a magnet 3 applies a direct current magnetic field to the ferrite component 2. A yoke component 4 is combined with the ferrite component 2 and the magnet 3 to constitutes a magnetic circuit.
