During the time when the number of rotations of the spindle motor 2 is increasing, too, reproduced data is outputted with a fixed interval using a TBC circuit 7 and a RAM 8.

A voice processor 19 creates a prescribed voice message on the basis of the instruction of the CPU 10, and the voice message is outputted from a loudspeaker 20. Therefore, the time required for reaching the guidance point is estimated on the basis of the speed of the own vehicle and on the basis of the congestion state of a guidance route. When it is judged that the time is within a preset time which is required for the position of the own vehicle to reach the guidance point, an instruction is guided by a voice.
