A first power source control means 10 and a second power source control means 11 turn on/off the first power feeding means 3 and the second power feeding means 4 in response to the detected currents. When the electric currents flowing in the first and second power feeding means 3, 4 exceed prescribed values, the power feeding to at least one of the power feeding means 3, 4 is stopped. After a prescribed time clocked by a clocking means 12 elapses, the stop of the power feeding is automatically released.
