    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reference power voltage circuit which is safe even when a small and high voltage reference power voltage is used.
      SOLUTION: The reference power voltage circuit has a VCC detection means 9, a comparator 10 and a preoperation malfunction prevention circuit 7 for an indefinite period. The VCC detection means 9 detects voltage of a VCC terminal 11. The comparator 10 outputs a signal for controlling an operating state and a stopping state of an operation circuit using voltage of a VDD terminal 12 which is below the voltage of the VCC terminal 11 as supply voltage by comparing the voltage terminal 11 detected by the VCC detection means 9 with VBG voltage. The preoperation malfunction prevention circuit 7 for indefinite period maintains the voltage of the VDD terminal 12 as zero when the voltage of the VCC terminal 11 is less than voltage VCCm, sets the voltage of the VDD terminal 12 equal to the voltage of the VCC terminal 11 when the voltage of the VCC terminal 11 is the VCCm or more and below voltage VCC_1 and sets the voltage of the VDD terminal 12 equal to the voltage of the VCC terminal 11 when the voltage of the VCC terminal 11 is the voltage VCC_1 or more.
