    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat insulating performance with simple configuration by forming a gap in the outer periphery of a container so as to arrange lustrous plates for reflecting a radiation from the container in order to execute covering inside a main body for containing the container, etc. SOLUTION: The container 1 containing water is contained in a body 3, a flat heater 2 being a heating device is disposed in the bottom part of the container 1 and a cylindrical or belt-shaped heat insulating member 20 is arranged on the side surface of the container 1. In this case, the heat insulating member 20 is covered by the thin lustrous plates 21 and 22 which are provided with waterproof property on an external surface and an inner surface and are formed by aluminum. The insulating member 20 is adhered to the lustrous plates 21 and 22 by an adhesive resin and the plate 22 is separated from the container 1 in a 3-6 mm concentric state, for example, so as to be arranged in order to increase a reflection effect. Then, electric connection to the heater 2 is the one for compensating a dissipation from the container 1, radiation heat as one form in a heat dissipation is reflected by the lustrous plates 21 and 22 so as to return it into the container 1 and the quantity of power consumption by the heater 2 is saved.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve sealing performance, reduce the number of components, and prevent leakage of water even if a diaphragm is abraded by arranging a wall thickness part on a part opposed to an impeller of the diaphragm, and forming the thickness thicker than that of a length between a bottom surface of the impeller and a tip end of a projection part. SOLUTION: An impeller 15 is magnetically connected to a driving magnet, and absorption is carried out. As a result, a projection part 21 is rotated at all times in a condition which is brought into pressure contact with a diaphragm 20. Since the raw material of the projection part 21 is made of a raw material softer than that of the diaphragm 20, a wall thickness part 20a is gradually cutout at the projection part 21 by rotating a pump for a long time. Since the thickness (a) of the wall thickness part 20a is formed thicker than that of a length (b) between a bottom surface of the impeller 15 and the tip end of the projection part 21, even if abrasion of the projection part 21 and the diaphragm 20 is advanced, the bottom surface of the impeller 15 is brought into contact with the diaphragm 20, advancement of abrasion is stopped. And it is thus possible to prevent leakage of water caused when a hole is opened on the diaphragm 20.

A cover body 10 covering the upper opening of the container 5 is constituted of an outer cover 12 provided with a steam hole 11, a cover 14 containing a cut off valve 13 sliding when the device 1 has fallen or tumbled, and a decoration frame 16 charged with a container packing 15. An opening 17 emitting the steam in the container 5 generated on boiling water and decreasing the pressure in the container 5 through the steam hole 11 to the outside of the device 1 is formed at the opposite side against the steam hole from the water level of the water 4 in the container, which reaches when the device 1 has fallen to the steam hole 11 side.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the resonance of vibration accompanying the extinction and explosion of bubbles and to lower water heating sound by forming plural projection parts on the bottom surface of a container for containing fluid. SOLUTION: A heat transmission plate 2 on which the plural projection parts 7 are formed is integrally formed on the center bottom surface of the container 1 for containing the fluid and a heating element 4 is disposed through insulation objects 3 above and below on the back surface of the heat transmission plate 2. Also, a seam plate 6 for clamping and fixing the heating plate 4 is provided on the bottom surface of the container 1 and the heat transmission plate 2 through a thermal diffusion plate 5 composed of an improved liquid conductive property so as to efficiently radiate the heat generation of the heating element 4 to the fluid inside the container 1. By providing the projection parts 7, the water heating sound is reduced without lowering heat generation capacity. Also, by providing rigidity to the heat transmission plate, suppressing energy by the vibration of the fluid and changing electric resistance, the heat generation of the heating element is uniformized on a plane and the heat generation of the heat transmission plate is uniformized.
