    • PURPOSE:To reduse indoor noise and to improve the outdoor heat exchange ability of the titled air conditioner by carrying out the indoor heat exchange through a duct which communicates with the indoor side, and providing outdoor heat exchangers in opposite to a plurality of outdoor suction ports. CONSTITUTION:An indoor suction port 19 and an indoor blow-off port 18 are formed on the front surface (on the wall side) of a main body 17 of the indoor- outdoor integral type wall-hanging air conditioner. Within an outdoor ventillation circuit 30 are disposed an outdoor heat exchanger 26 and an outdoor blower 27 which is a propeller blower. With respect to the indoor unit, indoor air is sucked up through an indoor suction port 19 via a duct 29 as shown by arrow C, and passes from an indoor heat exchanger 20 through an ventillation circuit 21 and is blown off through the indoor flow-off port 18. Further, with respect to the outdoor unit, air is blown off from the three directions (a), (b) and (c), passing through the outdoor heat exchanger 26 and being blown off through the outdoor blow-off port 25.

    • PURPOSE:To improve efficiency of a heat exchanger and to prevent a noise from occurring, by making the titled device into constitution that a plurality of spiral cases is arranged at equi-spaced intervals, whose exhaust port is opened within an air duct so that the exhaust port faces against the heat exchanger at equi- spaced intervals, and about a half of the total number of impellers is connected with each of two independent rotary shafts of electric motors respectively. CONSTITUTION:Air to be dischaged from an exhaust port 13 of a special case 8 can perform highly efficient heat exchange as it is distributed evenly within an air duct 9 and touched evenly to the whole of a heat exchanger 4. Highly precise assembling can be performed easily as a half of a plurality of impellers 7 is connected with each of rotary shafts 10a and 10b of electric motors 11a and 11b which are connected with each of support plates 5 and are independent respectively. Then, a noise can be reduced as air pressure in the air duct 9 becomes evny and a lengthy rotary shaft is not employed.

    • PURPOSE:To make the titled air conditioner compact by a method wherein in the window type air conditioner provided with an indoor heat exchanger, an outdoor heat exchanger and a compressor which are encased in a single box, a centrifugal blower provided with a double-face sucking type impeller serving as an indoor blower and an outdoor blower at the same time is used. CONSTITUTION:In the air conditioner provided with the indoor heat exchanger 1 and the outdoor heat exchanger 10 arranged adjacent to an indoor side opening and an outdoor side opening in the box 16, respectively, the impeller 2 is provided at the back of the indoor heat exchanger 1 so that the air in the room sucked from the direction (a) by the rotation of the impeller 2 is blown into the room from a blowout port 7 after it is introduced into a blowout casing 4. The impeller 2 has an extension 2' in the direction of the axis thereof so as to make the extension serve as the outdoor blower. As a consequence, the open air sucked from the direction (c) by the rotation of the extended impeller 2' is discharged outside the room after it is introduced into a blowout casing 4'. Further, a core plate 17 is provided between the impellers 2 and 2' such that the core plate 17 is supported on a common partition wall 18 separating the blowout casing 4 from the blowout casing 4', by means of receiving sections 19.

    • PURPOSE:To simplify the manufacture and assembling of an impeller by a method wherein synthetic resin connecting members are provided on the ends of metal vane plates, and connecting parts are placed radially on the circumference of the synthetic resin end plates which support both ends of impellers. CONSTITUTION:The air supply impeller consists of a plurality of metal vane plates 2, right and left end plates 3 made of synthetic resin and of disk from, and supporting plates of the same material as end plates 3 and of the same shape or of ring form. Connecting members 7 are integrated with vane plate 2, and this is fitted and bonded or welded to end plate 3 and also to fitting notches 5, 6 of supporting plate 4. Since the vane plates are made of metal, it is possible to increase the number of them when they are made thin. By making the connecting units of synthetic resin, it is possible to prevent clattering and loosening out due to the thermal expansion difference between end plates 3 and supporting plates 4.

    • PURPOSE:To thin this unit, and to prevent the restriction of installing conditions, by holding a centrifugal impeller and a motor between two side plates in the axial directions, and by forming a ringed diffuser provided with air outlets on an outer circumference. CONSTITUTION:Air is sucked from a suction port 6, passes through the center of a centrifugal impeller 2, each passes through diffuser 5 and a heat exchanger 8 and is blown off in the approximate 360 deg. directions from air outlets 11 because the diffuser 5 is ooened on approximate all circumference while the blowoff directions are controlled by means of a wind direction altering blades 10. Thus, an extreme, thin unit body 1 is obtained because the thickness B of the unit body 1 only becomes larger than the maximum thickness of the diffuser 5 slightly. The unit body can be installed to the approximate center in a chamber because air is blown off over the approximate whole circumference of the unit body 1, and the distribution of temperature in the chamber is uniformly kept.

    • PURPOSE:To permit fluid blowoff over a wide range by forming a fluid passage through the arrangement of a centrifugal vane wheel between two side plates and forming a suction port at least on one side plate and forming a blowoff port over the whole periphery between two side plates. CONSTITUTION:Air flows into from the fluid suction port 6 of a side plate 2 and passes through a centrifugal vane wheel 1 from the fluid suction port 5 of the centrifugal vane wheel and flows into an annular diffuser 4 and flows out outside, passing through the passage between a static vane 7. The static pressure and the dynamic pressure increase when air passes through the centrifugal vane wheel 1. When passing through the annular diffuser 4, air decelerates, having the direction of stream line gradually getting near the radial direction of the centrifugal vane wheel due to the variation of distance E between the side plates 2 and 3, and a part of the dynamic pressure is converted to the static pressure. The direction of stream line is further varied by the static vane 7, and air is decelerated further, and a portion of the dynamic pressure is converted to the static pressure.
