    • PURPOSE:To make a noise sink to so low, by letting a shell part of a seal member for locking a motor for a submergible pump come into contact with an inner surface of a casing, while holding an opposite output shaft side end of the motor with a holding plate, and pressing it with a fixed plate being screwed in the casing. CONSTITUTION:A seal member 18 of a motor 17 is formed into a cap from so as to be inset in the motor 17 fitly with each other,and there are provided with a small cap part 19 being fitly inset in a bearing part of the motor 17 and a lip piece 21 abutting on an output shaft 20. In addition, a holding plate 24 consisting of larger diameter rubber than an outer diameter of the motor 17 is set up at the opposite side of the output shaft, holding the opposite output shaft side of the motor 17, and the seal member 18 is pressed by an annular fixed plate 28 being screwed in a casing 16 at the output shaft. Therefore, using the seal member, the motor is holdable so as not to touch the casing, thus low noise operation is performable.

    • PURPOSE: To reduce noise and simplify the structure by providing elastic bodies on the front and rear faces of a motor respectively so as to fix the motor not to directly contact with a housing, and at the same time providing shaft seal function and the sealing and water-proof function for the interior of housing to one of the elastic bodies.
      CONSTITUTION: On the front face of a motor 1 being the output shaft side an elastic body 3 is provided, on the other hand, on the rear face of the motor 1 an elastic body 7 having an concave part in its center is provided, and a bearing part 8 of the motor 1 is fitted in this concave part. Thus, since the motor 1 contacts only with the elastic bodies 3 and 7, vibration is scarcely transmitted to a housing 2, and accordingly noise can be greatly reduced. Further, since the elastic body 3 is tightened by a pressure screw 10, the outer periphery of the elastic body 3 is pressed to be contacted with the internal wall of the housing 2, sealing and water-proof of interior can be enabled by a simple structure without using the O-rings and case-cap as in the conventional examples, and cost reduction can be enabled.

    • PURPOSE: To aim at enhancing the working ability of attachment of a turbine body onto the output shaft of a motor, by unrotatably fitting a locking hardware which is adhered and fixed to the motor output shaft piercing through the turbine body, in a noncircular recess formed in the turbine body.
      CONSTITUTION: A turbine body 18 is composed of a plurality of blade parts 18a and a center boss part 18b which is formed therein with an output shaft fitting hole 18c through which the output shaft 18 of a motor 9 pierces, and a recess 18d serving as a seat for a locking hardware 19. This recess 18d is in a noncircular shape such as, for example, a hexagonal shape. The output shaft fitting hole 18c of the boss part 18b is press-fitted onto the output shaft 18 of the motor 9 under low pressure, and thereafter, the locking hardware 19 is adhered and secured to the output shaft 15 within the recess 18d.
