    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sugar compound which shows high surface activity by a little addition comparing with a conventional surfactant which contains one chain and one hydrophilic group, in which a molecular design is easy, and which is useful for a use as a surfactant which contains two chains and two hydrophilic groups in which a hydrophilic group and a hydrophobic group respectively are unsymmetrical.
