    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partitioning and flooring structure which has a sound insulating performance equal to or more than before and is constructed easily.
      SOLUTION: An integral underfloor space A is configured between adjacent living rooms 20, 22 by eliminating the installation of partition wall members 16 up to the lower side of floor substrate members 26, 28. Therefore, the amplification of resonance is prevented from increasing in a frequency band of 63 Hz which, in many cases, is determined as the frequency of sound level of impact on a heavy floor. Also, the floor substrate members 26, 28 are separated by the adjacent living rooms 20, 22 to prevent the noise from propagating between the adjacent rooms via the floor substrate members 26, 28 by installing the floor substrate members 26, 28 of a dry double floor on both sides of the substrate member 14 of a partition wall. In addition, the noise is reduced from propagating through the integral underfloor space A between the adjacent living rooms 20, 22 by inserting a sound absorber 36 from the lower side of the substrate member 14 of the partition wall to a range with a predetermined height.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which effectively reduces installation noise of a steel pipe pile.SOLUTION: A cylindrical block 14 internally loaded with sound absorption means 18 having air permeability, having an external surface which does not inhibit sound propagation to the sound absorption means 18, is disposed at, or in the vicinity of, an opening end in a steel pipe pile 10. The vibration propagating through the air inside the steel pipe pile 10 resulting from the impact during installation of the steel pipe pile 10 with a hydraulic hammer 12 passes through the cylindrical block 14, so that the amplitude of the vibration at the opening end of the steel pipe pile 10 is efficiently attenuated, stimulating noise reduction. A cylindrical block 16 internally loaded with sound absorption means 20 having air permeability, having an external surface which does not inhibit sound propagation to the sound absorption means 20, is disposed at an intermediate part inside the steel pipe pile 10. The vibration propagating through the air inside the steel pipe pile 10 passes through the cylindrical block 16, so that the particle velocity of a vibration medium at the intermediate part inside the steel pipe 10 is efficiently attenuated, stimulating noise reduction.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundproof device having light and simple construction for achieving sufficient soundproof effects.
      SOLUTION: A large-diameter cylindrical pipe 34 and a lower cover 36 and an upper cover 38 for blocking both ends thereof constitute a cover which stores at least an anvil 20b and a pile sleeve 20c as engaging portions with a steel pipe pile of a hydraulic hammer 20. The large-diameter cylindrical pipe 34 and the lower cover 36 are closely adhered to each other via a soundproof material without being fixed to each other. They are suspended in use from a crane via suspenders 56, 58, 74 which are provided on each of the lower cover 36 and the upper cover 38 for carrying out slinging work for an auxiliary hoisting wire rope of the crane, together with the hydraulic hammer 20 suspended from a main hoisting wire rope of the crane. During the pile head hammering of the steel pipe pile 18, the rebound of the hydraulic hammer 20 is absorbed by portions where the large-diameter cylindrical pipe 34 and the lower cover 36 are closely adhered to each other via the soundproof material without being fixed to each other, thus attenuating impact on the soundproof device 28.
