First and second valve elements 76, 78 of the valve member 36 have first and second seal faces 80, 82 equally angled with respect to the longitudinal axis of the valve member 36. The first and second seal faces 80, 82 are almost parallel to conically-shaped first and second valve seat faces 112, 114. The first and second valve seat faces 112, 114 are equally angled with respect to the longitudinal axis and adjustably spaced from each other so that the first seal face 80 and the second seal face 82 abut on the first valve seat face 112 and on the second valve seat face 114 at the first lock position of the valve member 36.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control valve for pressurized fluid, a control valve assembly and a function control method of the control valve assembly of high responsiveness, without increasing a size and costs. SOLUTION: This control valve has a valve main body comprising an inlet port and a discharge port. A valve member in a flow channel extending in the valve main body and communicating the inlet port and the discharge port, is movable in the first direction to allow the pressurized fluid to direct from the inlet port to the discharge port. The valve member has first and second valve heads different from each other in diameters, and a valve seat member. The valve seat member is engaged with first and second sealing diameters of the flow channel, and the second sealing diameter is smaller than the first sealing diameter. The fluid pressure acting on the different diameters of the first valve head and the valve seat member kept into contact with the second sealing diameter, generates net return force to allow the valve member to direct to the second counter direction when actuator force is removed.
