      SOLUTION: The disk medium holding device comprises: the chucking ring 12 slidably attached to the shaft 13 of a motor for rotating the disk 40 and fitted to a hole provided on the center of the disk 40; a clamper 30 disposed facing the chucking ring 12 so as to pressurize and clamp the disk 40 with the chucking ring 12; a chucking spring 14 applying opposing energizing force to the chucking ring 12 when the chucking ring 12 is pushed in along the shaft 13 by pressurizing force from the clamper 30; and a boss 11 fixed to the distal end of the shaft 13 of the motor to be a stopper of the chucking ring 12 energized by the chucking spring 14. In the disk medium holding device, the guide 18 of the slide of the chucking ring 12 is formed on the boss 11.

Consequently, a load of a difference between the first/second weights is applied to the semiconductor chip from the collet.
