    • PURPOSE:To obtain effective ejection of fluffy dust generated in a winder by connecting a suction pipe to a portion of a cover enclosing the portion where fluffy dust is apt to be generated so as to confine the fluffy dust in the cover and eject the same by suction. CONSTITUTION:A first cover 19 for enclosing a feeding bobbin 4 is composed of a cylindrical cover 21, a tapered cover 22 and a balloon breaker 6. A second cover for enclosing a tenser portion has four side faces and upper face closed and an opening 24 at the lower face, with an opening of a suction pipe 28 communicated at an upper portion of the back face 27. When suction through the suction pipe 28 reduces the pressure in the interior of the second cover 20, an air flow is generated in the first cover 19 by release and ballooning of the yarn. The air flow goes along the suction flow generated in the second cover 20 to be led into the second cover 20 from which the air along with fluffy dust is sucked into and ejected through the suction pipe 28. Thus, fluffy dust can be ejected, being remarkably prevented from scattering.

    • PURPOSE:To make winding pressure for yarn in each layer sufficient and constant on a package as well as to prevent any winding looseness from occurring, by adding a state of tension to the yarn layer at the initial stage of yarn winding by a tenser in order to make up for a shortage of tension in the yarn at the time of rotation starting in the package. CONSTITUTION:At the time of starting the winding of yarn 3 on a package, a solenoid 26 of a tenser 20 is excited, attracting an arm 25, and a friction plate 22 is pressed to the friction plate 21 supported in a state of being clamped by a block 23, whereby sufficient tension is given to the yarn 3 lying between both these friction plates 21 and 22, and tension shortage at the initial stage is sufficiently compensated. And, when the package is reached to the specified speed, pressure force to the yarn 3 by these friction plates 21 and 22 is reduced, and tension of the yarn 3 is kept constant. Thus, on the package, winding pressure to the yarn at each layer becomes sufficient and constant so that winding looseness in the yarn is surely prevented from occurring.

    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to automatically introduce articles onto a path which requires the introduction of the articles, by integrally incorporating an article introducing member which is retractably projects onto an article conveying path, with a detecting member. CONSTITUTION:There is provided an introducing device 29 composed of a an article introducing member 29a which retractably projects onto an article conveying path 2 and integrally incorporated with a detecting member 29b for separatably touching the articles on an introducing conveyor path 4 to detect the presence of the article thereon, so that the introducing member 29a is shifted onto the conveying path 2 when the detecting member 29b is released from the article on the introducing path 4, thereby the article is introduced from the conveying path 2 onto the introducing path 4. With this very simple arrangement, articles on the conveyor path may be introduced in. Accordingly, in such a system that several introducing passages are branched off from a conveying path, desired articles may be automatically introduced onto a path which requires the introduction of articles, only by passing the articles on the conveying path.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the cut of yarn and slaffing by installing a tension sensor for detecting the tension of a traveling system onto a winding unit and controlling the tension of the yarn on the basis of the variation signal of the tension of the yarn. CONSTITUTION:A yarn Y pulled out from a bobbin 1 is taken up onto a package 7 on a traverse drum 6 through a ballon breaker 2, tension device 3, yarn defect detecting head 4, and a tension sensor 5. The pressure due to the tension of the yarn is converted to a voltage in the tension sensor 5, and the increase and decrease of the tension is detected. The variation signal in increase and decrease is sent into a controller 9, and the tension of the yarn is varied by the control of the tension device 3. Therefore, the tension in the taking-up of the yarn onto the package 7 is kept constant, and cut of yarn and sluffing can be prevented.

    • PURPOSE:To restrain the occurrence of fluff in a high speed winder, by setting up a spiral guide member along a yarn running passage, and making the yarn run along the inside, in case of an automatic winder. CONSTITUTION:Yarn Y out of a spinning bobbin 1 is wound up on a package 6 to be rotated by a traverse drum 5 by way of a ballon breaker 2, a fluff restraint 3 and a slub catcher 4. This fluff restraint 3 is constituted of a spiral guide member 7, and its winding direction is releated to a twisting direction inherent in after-treated yarn, for example, it is an S twisted spiral for the sake of appearance to a Z weaving yarn XZ, while a yarn passing clearance 8 is almost circular in form at a plan view and its diameter (d) is a yarn diameter or so, and the yarn runs while contacting an inner wall as being bent. Therefore, fluff K1 is pressed toward an arrow 9 and thereby comes to be wound around an outer circumference of the yarn YZ in its inherent twisting direction. Thus, the fluff is restrainable.
