摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing pulp capable of easily pulping non-woody plants in high yield without requiring a specific apparatus such as a pressure digesting apparatus and the like. SOLUTION: This production of pulp of non-woody plants is specific in removing lignin included in non-woody plant with a chlorine dioxide-containing agent, especially to pass through a process for heat treating the non-woody plant fibers in an aqueous alkali solution and subsequently soaking the fibers in an aqueous solution of chlorine dioxide, soaking the non-woody plant fibers in an aqueous solution of chlorine dioxide and subsequently heat treating the fibers in an aqueous alkali solution and soaking the non-woody plant fibers in an aqueous solution of a hypochlorite and subsequently soaking in an aqueous solution of chlorine dioxide or treating to age the fibers by boiling in an aqueous alkali solution.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sheet with photocatalytic activity-bearing inorganic fine particles set adequetely on, exhibiting excellent photocatalytic activity based on the inorganic fine particles, good in formation, and having a specified level of mechanical strength. SOLUTION: This photocatalyst-contg. sheet is obtained by conducting a papermaking process for a paper stock containing photocatalytically active inorganic fine particles each 1-30nm in average size and 100-2,000 /g in specific surface area. Specifically, wood pulp, non-wood pulp, organic fibers or inorganic fibers is incorporated with fibers polyvinyl alcohol-based binder or a binder consisting of thermofusible fiber followed by dispersion in water into a slurry, which, in turn, is incorporated with a cationic or anionic polymer as a setting flucculant and the inorganic fine, and also a second fluocculant with polarity opposite to that of the former fluocculant. The resultant paper stock is subjected to papermaking process to obtain the objective sheet.

The paper mounting is constituted by internally adding porous inorganic powder 13 within the fibers composing the same. Also a liquid solution of the non-ferrous oxidized agent 12, ethanol or sustained-release ethanol, and polyallylamine are internally added.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonwoven fabric whose interfiber interlacements in a constant direction and in a direction different from the constant direction can be increased to exhibit a good strength and a good elongation and which is suitable for three-dimensional forming treatments, and to provide a method for producing a nonwoven fabric, by which such the nonwoven fabric can simply be obtained.
SOLUTION: The nonwoven fabric suitably used for three-dimensional forming treatments is obtained by applying a needle punching treatment to a nonwoven fabric material 16 with a needle punching treatment apparatus 11 in a constant direction and then applying a needle-punching treatment in a direction different from the constant direction. It is preferable on a point capable of improving the strength and the elongation all around that the different direction is a direction orthogonal to the constant direction. The nonwoven fabric is useful for a deep drawing treatment among the three-dimensional forming treatments.
