    • PURPOSE:To improve the flow rate characteristic in a low flow rate region, by utilizing the self-exciting vibration of a vibration body due to flow and arranging a column behind the vibration body having a vibration shaft bonded thereto in parallel to the vibration shaft. CONSTITUTION:A trigonal prism-shaped vibration body 1 is bisymmetric with respect to a vibration shaft 5 to allow the front surface 3 thereof to oppose to flow and vertically supported in a freely revolvable manner with respect to the flow by the vibration shaft 5 positioned a little to the front along the center line of the vibration body 1 and the tail fin part 4 thereof is positioned on the downstream side to be subjected to the swinging vibration proportional to the flow rate of a fluid. The column 2 arranged parallel to the vibration shaft 5 is provided at the position slightly separated from the rear end of the tail fin part 4 at the rear position of the vibration body 1, and the sizes of both of the vibration body 1 and the column 2 and the interval therebetween are determined at experimentally pref. positions. By this method, linearity is obtained even in a low flow rate region of 5m /hr and the expansion of a measuring range to the low flow rate region becomes possible by a simple remodeling.

    • PURPOSE:To transduce the physical quantity such as pressure, temperature, and density into the physical quantity of displacement and force, by performing the transducing by utilizing the expansion and contraction characteristics of elastic foaming bodies having an independent foaming structure. CONSTITUTION:The annular elastic foaming bodies 1 and supporting plates 2 are alternately stacked and bonded and a laminated structure is formed. As a material for the elastic foaming bodies 1, Neoprene, polypropylene, and the like are suitable. As a density correcting detector, the transducer element is used. The lower end of the transducer element 4 is fixed to a vibrator 3. Each one end of plate springs 5 and 6 are coupled with the transducer element 4 by hinges. The other ends of said plate springs 5 and 6 are coupled to a rotary shaft 7 which forms a unitary body together with the vibrator 3 by hinges. Each one end of arms 8 and 9 is fixed to the lower ends of the plate springs 5 and 6 which are bent in a bow shape. Weight 10 and 11 are attached to the other ends of the arms.

    • PURPOSE:To enable the measurement of pressure both with excellent sensitivity and accuracy, by a method wherein a medium varying with changes in pressure is connected to a mirror with one end thereof fixed, a collimator lens is placed in front of the mirror and further, a spot light source and a optical position detector are provided almost at the focal position of the lens. CONSTITUTION:A spot light source 1 and an optical position detector 2 are arranged almost at the focal position of a collimator lens 3. Light from the spot light source 1 is made parallel passing through the collimator lens 3 and reflected with a mirror 4 to form an image on the detector 2 passing through the same lens 3. As the mirror 4 is connected to a diaphragm 5 by a pin 6 with one 4A thereof fixed, the angle of the mirror 4 varies with the displacement of the diaphragm 5 to vary the imaging position on the detector 2. The displacement of the diaphragm 5 can be converted in a wide range by the selection of the fixing position of the pin 6 and the focal length of the lens 3 with respect to the mirror 4.

    • PURPOSE:To make constitution simpler, cost lower and performance higher by sticking tightly a reflecting film which is soft and has a metallic gloss with the metallic gloss surface on the outside to the aperture of a drum-shaped vessel having a circular aperture and evacuating the inside of the vessel. CONSTITUTION:An evacuating nozzle 2 is provided to a drum 1 for evacuation consisting of a rigid resin, metal, etc. and having an aperture. A soft reflecting film 3 is attached into the aperture by means of a lock ring 4 and bolts 5 in using a gasket or the like in such a way that airtightness is maintained in the drum. When the air in the drum is gradually evacuated through the nozzle 2, the film 3 is sucked to the inside of the drum to form a concave face. If the degree of evacuation is adjusted in this stage, the position of the focus 6 of the concave reflecting mirror can be adjusted within the permissible range of the elongation of the film. After the inside of the drum is evacuated until the prescribed focus is obtd., the valve for the nozzle 2 is closed to maintain the reduced pressure in the drum. The convave face formed to the film 3 in such a way is used as a reflecting mirror, by which the constitution is simplified, the cost is reduced and the performance is improved.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce an equipment cost by utilizing the curved surface of a light reflecting film formed when a light reflecting film having resilience and a transparent film or resin plate, glass plate, etc. are extended to a circular frame so as to face each other and a gas is sealed under pressure to the inside thereof. CONSTITUTION:A light reflecting film 1 consisting of a resin film deposited by evaporation with aluminum and a light incident side transparent resin sheet 4 or resin plate, glass plate 4' are attached to a circular frame 2 consisting of a hard resin or light metal, etc. by using a gasket in a flange type in such a way that the inside thereof is made airtight. Air or other inert gas is then forced into such assembly through a gas introducing port 5 to inflate adequately the light reflecting film. The inflation is adjusted by increasing or decreasing the slack in the stage of attaching the light reflecting film or filling of the air or the gas. When the filling of the air or the gas ends, the material to be heated is exactly directed toward the sun and is set in the focal position to start the use. The equipment cost is thus reduced.
