摘要： PURPOSE:To revover NH3 from org. nitrogen-contg. waste water with high recovery efficiency by subjecting the water to wet oxidation treatment and vapor- liquid separation under specific conditins after which the separated water is adjusted to above a specific pH value with a strong alkali and introduced into an NH3 separation tower. CONSTITUTION:Org. nitrogen-contg. waste water is subjected to wet oxidation treatment under usual conditions, i.e. at 150-300 deg.C under 10-100 kg/cm G, followed by vapor-liquid separation under 35-100 kg/cm G at 70-150 deg.C and pH =8.0 with a strong alkali and introduced into an NH3 separation tower to separate NH3 in a reflux ratio of 0.5-10.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent contamination in a heat exchanger and to cool an above-titled solution below a specified temperature by wet oxidizing sewage containing organic matter under the presence of copper or copper compound and NH3 or NH4 salt, separating gas from the liquid, adding NH3 or alkali to provide a specific pH value, and passing the liquid through a heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION:Sewage containing organic matter in a relatively high concentration of 1-10% is added with 50-5000 ppm of metallic copper or copper salt such as copper chloride or copper sulfate and with five times (calculated as NH3), based on the copper compound, of NH3 or NH4 salt such as ammonium sulfate or ammonium chloride, and subjected to wet catalytic oxidation. The thus treated solution is heated and fed to a flash drum for separating at least 80% of acidic gas; resulting solution has a pH value of 5.5-7.0 as a result of NH3 dissipation. The pH value is adjusted to a range of 8.0-10.5 by addition of NH3 or NaOH, and the solution is passed through a heat exchanger for cooling the solution to between 60 deg.C and room temperature. Cooled solution is fed to an ion exchange resin or chelete resin for recovery of copper or copper compound.
