摘要： PURPOSE:To grind adequately even with a liquid at a comparatively higher boiling point, control heat generated in a solid as an object to be ground or crushed, prevent sufficiently the object from degrading qualitatively due to qualitative alteration or odor and effective component dissipation, and allow the adequate grinding and crushing of a solid which is technically difficult to grind and crush on account of the softening, deformation and fusion of the object, thus widening the selection range of types of liquid to be used. CONSTITUTION:A space for grinding and crushing action between a rotary blade 5 and a fixed blade 6 is decompressed using a decompression device 13 such as a vacuum pump. Further, a liquid such as water is sprayed into the space, and a pressure is applied to a solid 7 by rotation of the rotary blade 5 to grind and crush the solid. The decompression is adjusted to such a degree that the temperature is lower than a temperature at which it is impossible to grind and crush the solid due to the qualitative degradation of the solid 7 by its temperature rise or the softening, qualitative alteration and fusion of the solid 7 by its temperature increase, and the boiling point of liquid such as water lowers. The quantity of the liquid is to be determined by the total surface area of the solid 7 or a ground and crushed product to be obtained in accordance with the type of the liquid.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertical thermal decomposition reactor which exhibits an excellent heat transfer efficiency, enables a smooth operation thus enhancing its processing ability, reduces a space for its installation, and enables a compact construction thereof. SOLUTION: A vertical thermal decomposition reactor comprises a heater 27 which is made of a helical face 28 for moving a waste (a) from the upper portion to the lower portion in sequence and a heating medium passage 29 which is provided along the helical face 28 so as to flow the heated air (i) for heating and thermally decomposing the waste (a) by way of the helical face 28, vibrating means for moving the waste (a) along the helical face 28 by vibrating the heater 27 and heated medium supply means for supplying the heated air (i) into the heating medium passage 29 of the heater 27. The heating medium supply means can supply the heated air (i) into the heating medium passage 29 of the heater 27 by way of a plurality of portions, while an upper and intermediate exhaust openings 5, 6 are formed in the upper and intermediate portions of the heater 27 for discharging the thermally decomposed gases G1 , G' respectively.

Then the rugged pattern 15a on the semisolid material is irradiated with energy beams to transfer a rugged pattern 13a to the body 13 according to the rugged pattern of the semisolid material.

SOLUTION: Force based on displacement of a wire 12 guided before winding it to a winding drum 14 is detected by a force sensor 142. A controller 128, receiving this force detection signal, position corrects a guide actuator 140 automatically vertically/laterally so as to wind the wire rod 12 while it maintains a prescribed incident angle and height position. The guide actuator 140 is mounted on a traverser 120. In the controller 128, this force detection signal is supplied to a joy stick 160A, so that displacement of the wire 12 can be detected by the joy stick 160A with a feeling by a worker. The worker, operating the joy stick 160A to supply a position correction command to the guide actuator 140 through the controller 128, can position correct the guide actuator 140 by remote control.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To work fine structures of free shapes having three-dimensional structures by spraying a shielding material in a spray form and applying the material on the surface of a work. SOLUTION: A positive type electron beam resist is applied by using a spray on the total five surfaces of the front surface and side faces of a gallium arsenide substrate 11. Next, patterns are plotted on the arbitrary surface of the work by using electron beams. The patterns are transferred to the resist when development is executed after the end of the plotting with the electron beams. In such a case, the pattern formation of a submicron level is made possible by finding optimum conditions. Namely, anisotropic etching progresses to form the shape shown in Fig. (B) when the work 11 is inclined 45 deg. with a high-velocity electron beam source and the work is irradiated for one hour with the high-velocity atomic beam formed from chlorine having reactivity with the work. The working to the shape of an inverted triangular shape as shown in Fig. (D) is made possible when the work is inclined 45 deg.C with the electron beam source in a backward direction as shown in Fig. (C) and is irradiated with the electron beam and the resist 12 is peeled.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct work with a small object gripped easily and steadily by deforming two thin sheet-shaped elastic spring parts which extend from a base part, and griping a small object between the springs. SOLUTION: Two thin sheet-shaped elastic spring parts 2A, 2B are extended from the base part 6A of a main body 6 at a gripping tool 1. The tops of the elastic spring parts 2A, 2B are provided with small object retaining parts 3A, 3B for gripping a small object 5. When the small object 5 is gripped between the retaining parts 3A, 3B, the elastic spring parts 2A, 2B deflect and retain the small object 5 with elastic reaction. Its force is constant, therefore, the small object does not falls on the way nor be broken. The gripping tool 1 is fitted at the top end of a pallet, and when a working place moves, it moves with the pallet with a robot arm for movement. It is thus possible to grip the small object with high closeness without causing any danger such as falling and breakage. It is also possible to conduct operation by collecting a large number of small objects at one point, thus improving workability.
