摘要： PURPOSE:To make it possible to rationally unload granular material from a ship at anchor in the offing in such a way that fluid in a tank installed on shore is sprayed through a relaying float moored in the offing for slurrying granular material in the hold. CONSTITUTION:When unloading, to begin with, a ship 2 with load of granular material 1 is moored near a relaying float Eb, a fluid pressure delivery pipe 4b installed on the relaying float Eb and a slurry transporting pipe 5 are connected to a fluid spraying equipment 13 and a pump 15 installed in a hold 2a of the ship 2. Then a pump 7 installed on a base Ea on shore is set to work, fluid (a) in a tank 6 is delivered under pressure to the spraying equipment 13 installed in the hold 2a, and the fluid (a) is sprayed from this spraying equipment 13 into the granular material 1 in the hole 2a. This results in slurrying the granular material 1, so after transporting it to a separator 8 in the base Ea under pressure of the pump 15, here the granular material is separated from the fluid (a), to be delivered to a yard 11 by the use of a conveyor 11.

摘要： PURPOSE:To eliminate the direct contact of powder body with pipe bottom and pump wall and reduce the wear of pipe wall and pump wall by covering the surface of pulverized body with oil membrane and mixing the pulverized body with transportation medium to form slurry state and conveying said mixture. CONSTITUTION:Into the first mixing tank 2, oil and pulverized coal are thrown-in and mixed by a mixer 7. The mixture is sent into a separator 8 passing through a slurry transportation pipe 10 by means of a slurry pump 9. In the separator 8, residual oil and pulverized coal oil-membrane-covered are separated, and the residual oil is returned to an oil tank 4 through a conduit 11, and the pulverized coal oil- membrane-covered is sent into the second mixing tank 14 by a feeder 16. Into the second mixing tank 14, water as transportation medium is supplied and mixed, and thus the slurry for the transportation in long distance is obtained. The slurry is transported under pressure in a slurry transportation pipe 19 by a slurry pump 20 and tansported to a destination point.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent coal from blocking up a coal feed line by a method wherein a coal passage is changed over to the bypath side when the torque value of a centrifugal separator is different from a standard value, during the step of feeding a combustion furnace with coal separated from a slurry by the centrifugal separator. CONSTITUTION:A slurry consisting of a mixture of coal and a liquid (e.g., oil, water) is fed fron a pipe 1 into a tank 2, where it is mixed well, before fed to a centrifugal separator 8 through a pump 6. A rotary vessel 9 in the centrifual separator 8 is rotated by a motor 12, to effect centrifugation of the slurry, coal being raked out by a screw 11 and allowed to fall from an outlet 9a down into a hopper 18. The coal is then pulverized by a pulverizer 23 and fed to a burner 25. When the torque of the centrifuge 8 is detected to be higher than a standard value by a torque detector 35, a change-over valve 20 is changed over through a controller 45, to feed the coal in the hopper 18 into a mixing tank 47 through a duct 39.

摘要： PURPOSE:To smooth transportation and favorably conduct combustion by a method wherein a slurry is separated into one mainly containing coarse coal particles and one mainly containing pulverized coal, and the two kinds of slurry are separately fed as desired, in the step of transporting slurried coal by use of a fuel oil as a medium and buring the coal. CONSTITUTION:Coal 1 conveyed by a conveyor 2 is crushed into adequeate-sized particles by a crusher 3, and fed into a mixing tank 5, where the coal particles are mixed with a fuel oil from a pipe 14 to form a slurry. The slurry is fed into a classifier 15, where it is separated into a slurry 17 mainly containing coarse coal particles and a slurry 16 mainly containing pulverized coal. The slurry 17 is precipitated, separated from the slurry 16, and fed into a separator 7 through a pipe 6b; the slurry 16 is fed into a concentrator 20 through a pipe 19. The coal separated through deoliling of the slurry 17 in the separator 7 is fed into a combustion furnace 9, the concentrated slurry from the concentrator 20 is fed to a burner in the furnace 9, and the coal and the concentrated slurry are burnt in the furnace 9 with the aid of air fed from a pipe 22.

摘要： PURPOSE:To facilitate slurry transportation and improve the combustion efficiency of a boiler by a method wherein coarse coal grains are mixed with a catalyst oil to form a slurry of a relatively low temperature, the slurry is transported to a boiler through a pipe, and the slurry is heated to separate the two components from each other. CONSTITUTION:Coal lumps 1 are crushed by a coarse crusher 3, and passed through a sieve 5 into a solid-liquid mixer 7, there they are mixed with a hot, low- visocosity oil fed from a pipe 17. The mixture, at a relatively low temperature due to the low temperature of the coal, is converted into a slurry suitable for pipe transportation because the precipitation of coal grains is restrained by the time when the slurry reaches a pump 8. Pressure of the slurry is boosted by the pump 8, and fed through a pipe 9 into a solid-liquid separator 10. A medium oil fed from a pipe 18 and heated by a heat exchanger 19 is fed into the pipe 9 to enhance the separating effect of the separator 10. The coal grains separated at the separator 10 are pulverized by a pulverizer 12, and fed through a pneumatic conveyor pipe 13 to a boiler 14 to be burnt there.

摘要： PURPOSE:To land coal efficiently by a method wherein fuel oil in an oil storage tank on land is added to coal in a marine structure to form a slurry, and the slurry is transported to a storage tank on land, from which the slurry is fed to a combustion furnace through a separator. CONSTITUTION:In the case of landing coal 1 loaded in a ship 2 anchored near an offshore relay structure 3, the fuel oil 5 in the oil storage tank 4 on land is injected into the ship 2 through a pipeline 8 and the structure 3, and mixed with the coal 1 to form a slurry. The slurry is transported through a pipeline 9 to the storage tank 10, and temporarily stored there. In the tank 10, the coal in the slurry precipitates 11, and the fuel oil containing an amount of pulverized coal separates from the precipitate 11 as supernatant 12 in the upper portion of the tank 10. The precipitate 11 is reslurried with fuel oil fed from the oil tank 4 through a heat exchanger 14, then transported to a centrifugal separator 18, and the coal separated there is fed to a combustion furnace 23 through a pulverizer 20.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the extension of slurry receiving facility at plant side on land, by improving the density of slurry through a condensation tank provided in a vessel when the density of slurry is low. CONSTITUTION:The liquid 4 in a tank 3 on land is supplied and pressurized by pumps 5, 7 then edjected through a liquid edjector 9 against powder material 1. Said powder material 1 is made to a slurry then pressurized by pumps 11, 12 and loaded through conduits 10, 13 to a tank 14 on land. Thereafter the powder material 1 in the hold 15 is ejected with a liquid 4 to produce a slurry. When the density of slurry is low, it is supplied by a pump 16 through a conduit 17 to the hold 18. Said slurry is precipitated in said hold 8 to produce a slurry having high density at the bottom while low density at the upper section of the hold. The high density slurry is pressurized by pumps 19, 12 and supplied to a tank 14, while low density slurry is supplied by a pump 21 to a pump 7 and used again as a jet liquid 4.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the great energy consumption and the high cost of the dehydration process, by converting the coal-water slurry into the slurry of coal and low boiling point compound, and then, by separating the low boiling point compound from the coal. CONSTITUTION:The coal-water slurry is prepared by mixing the powder coal 16 with water supplied from the water reservoir 17; this slurry is pumped by the pump 18 up to the slurry reservoir 19. In this reservoir 19 the first dehydration is carried out mechanically or naturally, and the slurry is sent to the water-methanol substituter 23 by the conveyer 22 while the slurry undergoes the second dehydration. At the substituter 23, the slurry is mixed with methanol being pumped up from the methanol reservoir 24 and the liquid separator 30; hereby, methanol substitutes water included in the coal-water slurry, and the methanol-water mixture is sent to the distillating column 26 (the third dehydration). The coal, being freed from water by methanol, is sent to the slurry preparating tank 28 by the conveyer 27 and is mixed with methanol to form the coal-methanol slurry. This coal-methanol slurry is sent to the liquid separator 30 by the pump 29, and is separated from methanol. Thus separated methanol is sent to the substituter 23, and the methanol- free coal is sent to the boiler 20 as the fuel through the conveyer 31.

Thus, air and moisture are removed in the centrifugal force field, the coal of a grain size, sedimenting in the centrifugal force field, is restored to the pulverizer 3 again, and only coal of a grain size, not sedimenting in the centrifugal force field, is mixed with the heavy oil to obtain the subject mixed fuel.

摘要： PURPOSE:To automatically keep the concentration of output slurry at a set level and supplying a fixed quantity of slurry to a downstream side, by limiting the quantity of slurry-making liquid within a set range. CONSTITUTION:A small tank 9 is coupled between a powder tank 1 and a slurry discharge pump 4. The slurry introduced into the tank 9 is separated by sedimentation into supernatant liquid which is located in the non-stirred upper part of the tank 9 and high-concentration slurry which is produced when blades 11 are slowly rotated in the lower part of the tank 9 so as to prevent sedimentation compacting and maintain a predetermined mixing ratio of particles with liquid. The supernatant liquid is supplied to a slurry-making injection nozzle 19. The high-concentration slurry at the bottom of the tank 9 is sucked by the pump 4 to downstream facilities. Thereby, the concentration of the output slurry is kept constant and the quantity of the slurry-making liquid supplied to the powder can be previously set.
