摘要： PURPOSE: To allow a skier to make smooth skiing by providing strands whose surfaces are rough as having a number of irregular projections and recesses in small sizes, melting these strands so that they are attached together in a mesh form, and producing a netting of thermoplastic resin. CONSTITUTION: Foaming molding is made under the condition that the magnification of foaming is less than double, and strands 3, 4 are formed whose surfaces are equipped with a number of small projections 6 and small holes 7 and which include small bubbles 8 internally. The strands 3, 4 are arranged as intersecting one another and are melted and attached together in the intersections 5 so that a netting of thermoplastic resin is produced. This netting is laid in a skiing ground or on the floor of an artificial skiing facility. Even though the quantity of deposited snow is lesser and the netting is exposed on the snow surface to cause the sliding surface of ski plate to touch the netting, the ski edge bites into the netting at the time of turning with skis, and it is possible to perform smooth turning. This also ensures that a good heat insulativeness is obtained, the snow deposited on the netting is not easily melted, and that the melted snow is drained effectively.
