    • PURPOSE:To speedily and uniformly fill a low-temperature liquefied-gas tank with coldness keeping material by installing a compacting impact hammer in the space between the double walls of the low-temperature liquefied-gas storage tank so as to be shiftable in the vertical and the circumferential directions. CONSTITUTION:In an impact prime mover 11 equipped with an impact hammer 14, a guide roller 12 which contacts at both sides with the outer wall 1 and the inner wall 2 of a tank is pivotally installed, and the top edge of a rope 13 suspended from an electrical hoist 10 is connected. The vertical movement can be obtained by driving the hoist 10, and the turn in the circumferential direction can be obtained by the traveling of a trolley 9a. The coldness keeping material such as pearlite is discharged into one side of the space 3 by a blower 6 through an introducing pipe 4 and a discharge port, and the other side is filled compactly with the coldness keeping material by the pressing force due to the impact of the impact hammer 14. Thus, the tank can be filled with the coldness keeping material speedily and uniformly.

    • PURPOSE:To intend to utilize a space effectively and to prevent quality from deterioration by making a flexible measure type sheet having a carrying out gate on the bottom face and a hanging up filament material on the upper end to promote discharge from the gate with its deformation through winding up the hanging up filament material, in a carrying out device for such as corn stored in bulk. CONSTITUTION:The closing cover 8 of a carrying out gate 3 is opened and corn C is discharged with its own weight. Then, corn in an angle of repose remains without being discharged. Next, wire ropes 4 are wound up with winches an a measure type of sheet 2 is deformed as designated in figures. Accordingly, corn C remaining in the angle of repose is automatically discharged from the gate 3. After being discharged, the measure type of sheet 2 is returned in its former state. According to this constitution, effective utilization of a warehouse space can be attempted while quality of corn can be prevented from deterioration.

    • PURPOSE:To uniformly fill a low-temperature liquefied-gas storage tank by piling the coldness keeping material by introducing a flexible introducing pipe for transporting the coldness keeping material into the space between the double wall pipes of the low-temperature liquefied-gas storage tank and forming a nearly inverted funnel-shaped discharge port at the top edge of the flexible pipe through an expandable pipe. CONSTITUTION:The introducing pipe 4 for the coldness keeping material is constituted of an inside introducing pipe 4a in the space 3 between the outside wall 1 and the inside wall 2 of low-temperature liquefied-gas storage tank and an outside introducing pipe 4b in the outside wall 1. These introducing pipes 4a and 4b are connected by a rotatable joint 5 installed at the center of the top surface of the outside wall 1. The inside introducing pipe 4a is constituted of a flexible hose, and an inverted-funnel-shaped discharge port 6 is connected to the top edge of the flexible hose through an expandable bellows pipe 7. Since said discharge port 6 moves upwardly in accordance with the variation of the powder surface, approaching to the powder surface of the coldness keeping material, the coldness keeping material can be piled and filled uniformly.
