SOLUTION: The surface skin material is composed of a polyolefin resin composition for surface skin material containing (A) 40-95 wt.% polypropylene resin containing (A1) a propylene homopolymer resin having a melt flow rate(MFR) of 0.1-30 g/10 min measured in conformity to ASTM D 1238 at 230 deg.C under a load of 2.16 kg and (A2) a propylene/α-olefin random copolymer having a melting point of 120-155 deg.C measured by a differential scanning calorimeter and an MFR of 0.1-30 g/10 min measured in conformity to ASTM D 1238 at 230 deg.C under a load of 2.16 kg at an (A1)/(A2) blending ratio of 10/90 to 90/10 and (B) 5-60 wt.% poly-1-butene having an MFR of 0.1-25 g/10 min measured in conformity to ASTM D 1238 at 190 deg.C under a load of 2.16 kg.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition which has both a heat sealing property and an easy peeling property, do not substantially cause a threading phenomenon from an adhering surface when peeled, and is suitable for the sealant layers of packaging films and containers. SOLUTION: This sealant resin composition comprising constituting units originating from ethylene and 1-butene, characterized by having a melt flow rate (MFR) of 0.2 to 30 and giving a formed film having a sealing strength of 1 to 10 (N/15 mm), when heat-sealed at 150 deg.C. The composition satisfying the properties preferably comprises 60 to 95 wt.% of ethylene polymer and 5 to 40 wt.% of 1-butene polymer. Herein, the ethylene polymer preferably has a MFR of 0.2 to 30 and a density of 0.900 to 0.940, and the 1-butene polymer preferably has a MFR of 0.1 to 25 and a 1-butene content of 60 to 100 mol.%. The (MFRPE/MFRPB) ratio of the MFR of the ethylene polymer to the MFR of the 1-butene polymer is desirably >=1.
